【岗位职责】 1、全面负责前厅部的日常运营管理工作，包括前台接待、礼宾服务、客户关系维护等，确保服务质量和效率达到公司标准。 2、制定并执行前厅部的工作流程和服务标准，优化服务流程，提升客户满意度。 3、监督和指导前厅部员工的工作表现，定期进行培训和考核，提升团队专业素养和服务水平。 4、处理客户投诉和突发事件，及时解决问题并反馈至相关部门，确保客户体验不受影响。 5、协调与其他部门（如客房部、餐饮部等）的沟通与合作，确保酒店整体运营顺畅。 6、负责前厅部的成本控制，合理调配资源，降低运营成本。 7、定期分析前厅部运营数据，提交工作报告并提出改进建议。 【岗位要求】 1、具备较强的服务意识和客户导向思维，能够敏锐洞察客户需求并提供优质服务。 2、优秀的团队管理能力和沟通协调能力，能够有效激励和带领团队完成目标。 3、具备较强的应变能力和抗压能力，能够妥善处理突发事件和客户投诉。 4、熟悉酒店前厅部运营流程及相关系统操作（如PMS系统），有相关经验者优先。 5、工作细致认真，责任心强，能够适应高强度的工作节奏。 6、5-10年工作经验，具备良好的职业素养和敬业精神，愿意在文旅行业长期发展。
