【岗位职责】 1、负责审核酒店所有的付款审批，核对应收应付及其他往来项目 2、定期编制财务报表（资产负债表、利润表、现金流量表等），确保数据准确、及时； 3、完成月末、季末及年末结账工作，核对账目，处理账务差异； 4、负责税务报税及处理所有税务相关问题，确保税务合规，规避税务风险； 5、配合内外部审计工作，提供所需财务资料及数据支持； 6、协助完善财务制度及流程，优化财务管理体系； 7、酒店所有员工工资审核。 7、完成上级交办的其他财务相关工作。 【岗位要求】 1、具备扎实的会计基础知识，熟悉企业会计准则及相关财税法规； 2、熟练使用财务软件（如用友、金蝶等）及办公软件（Excel、Word等）； 3、具备良好的数据敏感度及分析能力，能够独立完成账务处理及报表编制； 4、工作细致认真，责任心强，具备较强的抗压能力； 5、具备良好的沟通能力及团队协作精神； 6、有酒店行业财务工作经验者优先考虑。
