岗位职责 1、确保自己的服饰、发型整洁、淡妆等方面全部符合规定的要求。 2、查看交班记录，了解上一班的移交事项，并负责处理。 3、熟悉预订资料，了解客情，尤其要记住即将来店的贵宾、常客的姓名，了解酒店的所有活动。 4、熟悉酒店有关客房销售的各项政策，向来店宾客推销客房，努力争取经济效益。 5、熟练总台各项专业业务和技能，搞好对客服务。 6、熟练掌握店内外信息，提供准确的问讯服务。 7、负责为下榻酒店的宾客办理入住登记手续。 8、负责客房钥匙的管理和发放工作并严格遵守验证制度。 9、制作有关报表，为其它部门提供准确的接待信息。 岗位要求 1、具有良好的英语口语。 2、性格开朗、头脑灵活、工作踏实，具有较强的服务意识、推销意识和责任感。 3、通晓酒店各项对客政策、设施设备及服务种类以及总台工作程度和规范。 4、相貌端正，身体健康。

一、任职要求 1. 年龄18-55岁； 2. 有基本的服务技能技巧和一定的应变能力； 3. 工作主动、热情、认真，责任心强； 4. 身体健康，仪表端庄； 5. 全心投入、正直诚实、团队精神。 二、工作职责与内容 1. 熟知当天订餐情况，注意记录宾客的特别活动(如生日庆祝会)，应及时向主管汇报； 2. 替宾客存取保管衣物，并询问有无贵重物品，贵重物品提醒宾客自行保管； 3. 迎接宾客，引导宾客到预订台位或宾客满意的台位； 4. 客满时，负责安排好后到的宾客，使宾客乐于等位； 5. 随时注意听取宾客的意见，及时向上级反映； 6. 随时注意在接待工作中的各种问题，及时向上级反映和协助处理； 7. 掌握和运用礼貌语言，负责接听电话，宾客电话订餐应问清楚基本信息； 8. 向客人介绍餐厅各式菜点、各种饮品和特式菜点，吸引宾客来餐厅就餐

1.有高星级酒店一年以上相关工作经验 2.参加宴会厅经理召开的工作例会，了解每日的宴会安排情况并向本 班组传达。 3.在宴会厅经理的指导下，做好宴会设计、现场布置，督导服务员做 好宴会前的摆台、清洁卫生、服务用具供应等准备工作。 4.按照客人要求提供优质服务并尽量满足客人的特殊要求。

1.履行清洁及服务客房的日常职责，确保客房的清洁达到雷迪森品牌标准。 2.严格按照酒店卫生标准进行客用品的清洗消毒工作。 3.清理并维护所有用品、设备及储藏室的整洁。 4.日常补充客用物资。 5.如拾到遗失物品应立即报告并上交主管 6.正确的汇报所负责区域的房态。 7.有高星级酒店工作经验者优先。

岗位职责 1、根据公司经营战略和品牌定位，制定酒店+温泉旅游产品的中长期研发规划，搭建全品类产品体系，统筹产品迭代与落地全流程。 2、主导温泉康养、特色客房、主题餐饮、亲子度假、商务团建、节庆限定等产品的全流程研发设计、成本管控与落地执行，打造爆款产品。 3、开展市场、客群及竞品调研，洞察文旅消费趋势，为产品创新提供数据支撑。 4、统筹营销、运营、前厅、客房、温泉、康养等部门协作，推进产品上线、优化及资源整合。 5、配合酒店与温泉营销团队提炼产品卖点，参与推广策划，助力产品销售转化，赋能品牌影响力提升。 6、负责产品研发工作流程搭建。 任职要求 1、本科及以上学历，旅游管理、酒店管理等相关专业优先。 2、8年以上文旅/高端酒店/温泉行业产品研发经验。 3、有大型文旅综合体产品成功操盘案例者优先。 4、具备产品创新、项目统筹、市场洞察、成本管控及跨部门协作能力。 5、具备战略思维与团队管理能力，抗压能力强。
