【任职要求】(非化妆品行业经验勿扰） 1.本科及以上学历，28-40岁，3-5年以上化妆品行业市场策划实操经验，有优秀的思维能力、沟通能力、抗压能力和工作激情； 2.熟悉新媒体如抖音、快手、小红书等平台以及如今日头条、UC、百度、广点通等主流平台的运作流程； 3. 熟悉美妆连锁门店经营管理，并有很强的行业敏感度和创意，能够根据消费者反馈数据优化、调整品牌、市场推广策略； 4、品行端庄，有优秀案例者优先。 【岗位职责】 1、组织完成制定公司美妆项目年度运营规划：包括但不限于产品、模式、促销方案、市场政策、渠道开发、形象及活动宣传、人员编制、库存清理、费用预算等规划； 2、组织有关人员进行市场调研，对竞争对手的产品、促销政策、渠道政策、价格政策、人员政策等进行调研，对照我司实际，提出解决建议； 3、整合线上平台矩阵以及媒体资源矩阵，管理传播渠道，制定公司产品以及品牌对外推广的宣传策略及市场活动方案等； 4、组织策划部门按照市场需要，制定各类线下门店促销方案或者市场政策、管理制度等，用于保证和促进全国销售市场稳定和销量增长； 5、协助培训部门强化产品、皮肤专业素养、销售技能、员工心态等培训；审核向外输出的所有培训课件等；组织培训部门制定实施员工晋升考评工作等； 6、根据公司战略和市场反馈情况研发、参与改进产品，并完成配套的品牌和市场推广战术迭代； 7、舆论管理，突发事件以及公司日常临时性事件处理。
