岗位职责 1、遵守和执行政府的法令、法规和安全规定。遵守酒店员工手册及酒店酒店的规章制度。 2、执行酒店的规章制度。保障酒店财产，酒店客人及员工的生命和财产安全。 3、协助制定酒店安全保卫制度、防火制度，协助酒店各个部门的安全管理。 4、更新改造计划且督促执行，保证酒店设施不断完善，始终处于正常、完好状态。 5、组织对酒店各个部位的安全检查和日常巡视、巡逻。 6、负责工程部的节支运行、保证酒店最大限度的节能、节支。 7、根据营业情况和气候及市场能源价格情况，提出节能运行的计划。 8、负责协调和酒店相关的市政工程等业务部门的关系，以获得良好的外部环境。 9、分析工程项目报价单，对完工的项目组织人员进行评估和验收。 10、以积极的态度与酒店各部门及员工建立和谐的关系，提高团队协作 。

【岗位职责】 1、遵守操作规程及酒店规章制度。 2、按计划检修客房，检修公共区域，根据客房损坏情况排出先后次序。 3、完成综合性临时任务，如检查VIP房、监督客房、餐厅、大堂等外包大修工作。 4、完成宾客提出的小修工作。 5、完成维修领班安排的其它工作。 6、提供客房设施现状、公共区域现状，提出补救意见。 【岗位要求】 1、初中以上文化程度；3年以上同岗位工作经验。 2、以电工优先，对钳工、管工、空调、木工、油工专业知识有一定的了解，具备一专多能，动手能力强。 3、五官端正。 4、具备一定的英语对话能力。 5、身体健康，精力充沛。

一、任职要求 1.年龄18-55岁； 2.身体健康，相貌端正。 3.接受过正规客房、PA、服务培训优先。 二、工作职责与内容 1.确保个人仪表仪容符合酒店政策要求； 2.使用吸尘器、扫帚、楼层清理器等工具清理地毯、家具等； 3.清洁房间、走道、大堂、客厅、洗手间、走廊、电梯、楼梯和衣帽间以及其它工作区域。
