【岗位职责】 1、按工作程序，保证维修单、工作指令单上规定的工作尽快地完成。 2、酒店各区域的家具、木制固定设施的维修、维护。 3、天花、玻璃、镜具、标志牌的维护保养。 4、各种沙发、椅子、柜台、墙面包布的维修和更换。 5、家具油漆（含新制家具）及装修板面的油漆。 6、机电设备及其水管、蒸气管、通风管的油漆。 7、各种砌筑工程、地面贴面修补、墙面刷白、天花批灰、刷白、屋面墙面补漏。 【岗位要求】 1、高中及以上文化程度，至少三年年以上同岗位工作经验。 2、掌握装修、装潢的基本知识，并具有一定的审美能力。 3、掌握各种装修材料的工艺特性和操作方法，较熟练地掌握木器制作、维修、修补墙纸、各种五金配件的修理、修补地毯等基本技艺。 4、身体健康，精力充沛。

【岗位职责】 1、负责管理酒店内所有电视、音响、监控、通讯、消防安全设施及其它弱电设备设施的维修保养。 2、管理酒店范围内所有弱电设备设施的安会操作程序和维修保养范围按要求进行。 3、配合领班制定弱电设备设施的年度、月度的预防性维修保养计划，提出自己的建议并保证计划按规定的要求和规范按时完成。 4、保证酒店背景音乐、电视节目的正常播放以及电话的畅通。 5、接受和完成值班室的运行调度和日常维修工作指令。 6、按经营需要提出更新改造设备的合理化建议。 7、配合每月一次的例行消防设备的检测演习，发现问题及时解决。 【岗位要求】 1、大专及以上文化程度，经过有关部门培训并具有丰富的实践经验。 2、有无线电设备装配、修理实际工作X年以上经历，熟悉无线电基本原理，熟悉电子线路。对弱电设备、电子器材、通讯广播器材、计算机技术等有广泛的了解。 3、熟悉酒店的弱电设备设施和维修服务工作要求，能熟练地对弱电有关设备设施进行维修、保养。 4、热爱本职工作、勤恳好学，组织纪律性强，文明礼貌。 5、身体健康，精力充沛。

1 、始终保持高度的客户服务意识，微笑服务，礼貌用语，主动解决问题，为客人提供有效率以及 专业的服务 2 、能够提出对酒店的运作及环境有益的意见或建议，向客人及供应商推荐酒店的服务及设施。 3 、备餐时严格遵守服务标准，点餐时熟悉掌握菜单及饮料单上的内容，可以根据不同国籍的客人 推荐菜单上的食品并解释。 4 、熟悉所有餐厅及酒店其他部门的营业时间，确保所有区域与开始用餐时一样整洁。 5 、完成任何其他合理的职责和被指派的职责，并向上一级主管、经理汇报发生的任何事故。
