招聘岗位：装修1人 1. 维修，保养和工程设备操作工作要与部门要求相一致。      Execute the repair, maintenance and engineering operations according to the departmental standards.        2. 合理的使用和维护所有电气工具设施。     Properly handles and maintains all power tools.                                3. 按照工程部部门管理要求，对其他商务人员或技术员予以支持。     Assists other trades persons or technicians when requested by Engineering Management.                            4. 避免潜在危险的发生，遵从当地法律和法规。         Avoids unsightly hazards and complies with all local regulations and codes. 5. 确保所有工作区域干净整洁，在进行维护、维修的时候做好周边保护工作。     Ensures cleanliness of all work areas and protects the surroundings when executing duties.             6. 维修、保养工作以及工程运营达到客户的期望。     Performs repairs and maintenance works and engineering operations to meet customers’ expectations.  7. 确保管辖区内能耗可以实时测量，仪表正常使用。     Ensure energy conservation measures are in place.  8. 确保消防及安全系统操作正常。     Ensure fire, life and safety systems are operational.                 9. 遇到火灾等紧急逃生的情况，要执行紧急疏散流程。比如参加火警报警及救援工作。     Performs emergency procedures relating to fire, life and safety;e.g., such as attending to fire alarms, lift rescue.  10. 电工具有有效的高压进网证优先考虑。       Electricians with valid high-voltage access certificates are preferred.

【岗位职责】 1、协助及执行电力设备及系统的操作及保养工作;确保所有电力设备正常运行;协助解决电力设备及系统的有关问题 2、仔细记录电力设备及系统运行情况，做好各种运行记录 3、处理紧急突发事故，例如火警、升降机故障和水管破裂等 4、制定本班组人员排班表；给予本班组员工建议并确保他们的技艺达到要求的水平；建议及监督本班组员工在安全工作中遵照当地的安全守则进行 5、完成公司领导交办的其他工作 【岗位要求】 1、中专及以上学历，电力系统维修和维护相关专业，持有电工证 2、至少2年在酒店电工的工作经验 3、良好的强电知识；全面掌握电力设备运行，维修和维护技能   4、具备电机重新缠绕线圈的知识和能力 5、出色的人际交往能力，有效组织能力与领导力，识别与解决问题能力 6、具备客户服务意识，学习能力，自信，独立，负责

制定并保持工作的服务标准，推动员工达到共同目标； 根据总工的指示，做好任务分配，并在任务完成的过程中进行跟进和指导； 组好班组之间的交接工作，确保工作顺利进行； 定期对机房、相关系统和设备的运转进行检查，并及时给出反馈； 从节能方面提出有关设备和运转程序的建议； 负责班组内的行政工作，对于员工考勤、日常表现等做好记录；并对班组内涉及到的维修维保单做好记录和存档； 管理好本系统的材料及员工借领工具，领用材料的登记、保管制度； 根据维修维保计划，统筹协调承包商工作的时间安排； 监督和检查各部门的设备安全操作，对违反的行为进行制止； 负责培训以提高员工的工作技能，使员工以最大效率进行工作，并及时与员工进行绩效评估，指导并培养员工有能力胜任更高职位； 负责对员工的过失提出处理建议； 确保能源管理计划有密切的监督，和有效的执行(煤气、水、电和柴油)
