岗位职责 在厨师长的领导下，按菜式规定，烹制各种菜式，保证出品质量。 岗位要求 1.中专以上文化程度。 2.熟悉饮食的工作规范和要求，掌握配菜的各种操作技术的质量要求。 3.1年以上同星级同岗位工作经验 4.能按工作规范和质量标准要求独立进行工作，并有相应的技术等级。 5.工作有责任心，做事认真负责。

【岗位职责】 1、全面负责酒店客房部的日常运营管理工作，确保客房服务质量符合万豪品牌标准； 2、制定并执行客房清洁、维护及服务流程，监督客房卫生、设施设备及物品的完好状态； 3、统筹安排客房部员工的工作任务，优化排班及人力配置，提升团队工作效率； 4、负责客房物资的采购、库存管理及成本控制，确保合理使用并减少损耗； 5、处理宾客投诉及特殊需求，及时解决客房服务中的问题，提升客户满意度； 6、定期对客房员工进行业务培训，强化服务意识与操作技能，提高整体服务水平； 7、与其他部门（如前厅、工程、安保等）保持高效协作，确保酒店运营顺畅。 【岗位要求】 1、具备酒店管理或相关领域知识，熟悉客房运营流程及行业标准； 2、优秀的团队管理能力，能够有效调动员工积极性并维护良好的工作氛围； 3、注重细节，对卫生、服务品质有高标准要求，具备较强的执行力； 4、良好的沟通协调能力，能妥善处理突发问题及客户关系； 5、具备成本控制意识，能够合理规划资源使用； 6、适应弹性工作时间，能承受一定工作压力； 7、有酒店客房管理经验者优先，无经验但学习能力强、态度积极者亦可考虑。
