岗位职责 1.根据本组市场开发计划，制定个人销售活动计划。 2.通过开发新客户，稳定老客户，以力争达到所确定的销售收入目标。 3.向销售部负责人汇报市场信息，包括本市场状况、竞争对手情况、客户反馈意见等。 4.以外出销售、电话联络和信函等方式与所辖区客户保持高度联系。 5.处理客户的来电、来函。 6.协调安排自己所辖客户在酒店的大型活动及VIP的接待工作。 7.熟悉自己客户分类情况及各客户的需求特点和主要的竞争对手。 岗位要求 1.大专以上学历。有同星级同岗位1年以上工作经历。 2.具有市场调查和预测能力，能及是掌握市场动态，并能综合分析，及时地提出相应的措施和合理的建议。 3.有较强的语言表达能力，能撰写市场调研报告，具有起草工作计划、总结及业务汇报的能力。

1. 与前台紧密协调，掌握三天即将入住酒店的VIP客人资料。 2. 提前安排好VIP相关的准备和接待工作。例如鲜花的预订，欢迎短信的发送等。 3. 在客人到来之前确保VIP房间所有的配套服务达到酒店的标准，例如欢迎信、礼物和鲜花已送到房间，客房服务，管家服务及工程部相关的工作已安排就绪。 4. 护送相应级别的VIP客人至房间，提供房内C/I，介绍酒店的设施，获取客人的行程安排，在他们居住期间提供帮助。 5.了解酒店最新的推销和产品知识，在VIP抵达和离开的信息，以及短期计划，以便应对客人的需求和问题。 6.掌握客人离店时间，安排好房间C/O,快速让客人离店，并把客人提出的意见或建议及时汇总发至各相关部门。 7.做好VIP客人的客户资料记录工作。 8.协助前台办理C/I,C/O及相关接待、问询等工作。 9.协助礼宾部处理客人寄存行李、问询、电瓶车接送等相关工作。 10. 协助GSM维系宾客关系，处理基础层面的客户投诉工作。 11.完成上司交给的其他工作任务。 岗位要求 1、女生身高160CM以上， 2、有前台工作经验 3、书面表达能力良好。
