任职资格： 女165CM、 男175CM 拥有1年以上同岗位工作经验与对客服务经验。 具备较强的沟通能力、抗压能力、情绪控制能力及应变能力。 熟练操作、使用前厅部各类硬件设施以及前台运作系统OPERA。 岗位职责： 为顾客提供热情周到的接待、信息提供以及专业高效的登记入住及退房手续。 给客人熟悉介绍酒店的各营业场所的营业内容与时间。 熟悉所有的房间位置、房型、特点、面积与数量。 将所有住店客人的信息资料输入电脑并同时传送给公安机关登记系统。 处理所有的客户来电，预订部下班之后接听客人的预订电话并给客人做预订。 维持设备的正常运做和工作区域的清洁。 与预订部保持良好合作，检查当天可售房数、房间预订情况及客人特别要求的变化，以及安排所有团体和散客的入住和退房等的运做。 查看酒店的入住率、到店与离店数量以及酒店的会议或活动信息。-为顾客提供热情周到的接待、信息提供以及高效的登记入住及退房手续。 按照客人的预定以及喜好安排房间，并做详细目录管理。 维护顾客档案和信息并定期进行合并整理，确保输入精确以及上传公安机关。 检查接待处《工作交接本》并落实各项跟催事项。 负责给入住客人、发放客房钥匙；给延住客人重制钥匙。 每个班次清点、交接备用金。 收取现金、信用卡或第三方付费等服务时要严格遵守酒店的财务规定。 为客人提供保险箱使用服务，确保客人贵重物品的安全。 参加部门会议，了解酒店每日的团队数量、会议、餐饮或是客房促销方案及康乐部的康体活动。 遇到解决不了的客人投诉需及时向主管反应并寻求帮助。 检查住店客人的押金与消费总额。避免押金金额不足逃帐的情况发生。 给有要求留言服务的客人进行留言并及时送达。
