部门第二负责人 §  As per instruction from DOE, carry outpreventive maintenance schedule to keep all equipments or facilities in goodcondition 协助工程总监制定本部门的月度、年度预防性维修保养计划有效保障酒店设备、设施安全经济运行完好； §  Organizing staff training to enhance workskills, conscious of service and qualities whenever Necessary 协助执行员工培训计划，对员工进行业务技能酒店意识，基本素质的培训； §  Be in charge of all expenditure to ensure cuttingdown expenses. 掌握当班能源消耗及维修费用，确保酒店的节能、节支； §  Coordinate with staff of other departments. 做好外部关系的协调，以获得良好的外部环境； §  Assist DOE in holding regular meeting andarranging duty work. 协助主持部门工作例会，协调班组工作； §  Supervise the proceeding of on-the-spotconstruction by analyzing quotation. 协助分析工程项目报价单，亲临现场检查施工与工程进度； §  Examine and guide duty team all the routineworks 考核下级的工作，并对其工作做出指导和评论； §  Assist in placing all documents ofequipment and maintenance on files. 协助建立完整的设备技术档案和维修档案； §  Maintain good relations with related unitssuch as Satellite TV Bureau, Cable TV Co.,China Telecom ,Power Supply Bureau, EnvironmentProtection Bureau,Hygiene Station to seek their support in theengineering-related work. 与工程相关的单位如卫通联、有线电视公司、中国电信、电力局、环保局、卫生防疫站保持良好关系，争取他们支持工程部的相关工作； §  Check and supervise daily work of everyteam, and check their work quality . 检查督导各专业组的日常工作，并检查其完成的工作质量； §  Carry out all the technical project 、energy-saving  project and environment project. 组织落实各种技改项目、节能项目、环保项目； §  Carry out any further duties and whenrequired and assigned by DOE. 执行工程总监下达的其它工作指令。 §  Asthe hotel’s level of business varies considerably, there is a need forflexibility in attitude, approach and working hours. 由于酒店工作性质的灵活性， 员工须具备端正的工作态度，采取灵活工作方式调整工作时间。
