岗位内容： 1.在酒店总经理的领导下，全面主持运营保障部（工程及安保）各项工作。执行酒店总经理下达的工作指令，向总经理负责并报告工作； 2.运营保障部制度的制订和督导执行管理。在酒店总经理的领导下，执行有关工程、安保和维修协调管理方面的规定和制度。建立健全部门岗位职责管理，落实部门岗位责任制和负责制；制定和落实部门管辖设备设施的运行和操作管理程序，确保设备设施系统的正常运行； 3.工程业务计划管理。按照设备设施特点和公酒店有关工程设备设施有关规定及要求，拟定设备设施检修和更新改造计划并督导执行，做好工程和维修预算计划、工程部资产管理计划等经批准后组织执行落实。负责工程部维修采购计划和日常管理计划的制订和执行； 4.业务协调管理。负责业务范围内的内外协调管理，跟进业务范围内事项的组织落实，为业务开展和部门工作推动创造便利条件； 5.节能与安全消防管理。协助酒店总经理做好部门节能和安全管理工作，组织贯彻和落实公司及部门节能和安全消防方面的精细化、规范化、标准化管理； 6.应急或突发事项处理。负责所辖业务板块内突发状况或投诉的处理；负责上级或同级组织机构要求或交办的应急或突发事项的处理，按程序和权限做好相应的应急或突发事项管理工作； 7.部门团队文化建设和组织管理。负责团队目标管理，凝聚力和团队协作能力提升管理，综合业务培训管理，塑造爱岗敬业，廉洁从业，积极向上，富有正能量的团队； 8.绩效考核管理。负责所辖岗位员工业务能力、技术水平、工作表现等综合考评，根据考核结果提出用工处理、效能管理和奖惩等意见，报批后组织实施。 任职要求： 1. 大专及以上学历，有机械、电子、自动化等相关专业背景； 2. 至少3年以上同行同岗位工作经验，年龄30-48岁（能力优秀者可适当放宽）； 3. 熟悉常见的品质管理系统，具备较强的项目风险管理能力； 4. 善于沟通，有较强的团队建设和管理能力，能够有效调动员工的工作积极性； 5. 具备较强的学习能力和适应能力，能够承受一定的工作压力

1、负责鉴别茶叶品质； 2、根据茶叶的品质，合适的水质，水量，水温和冲泡器皿，进行茶水艺术冲泡； 3、负责向客户介绍饮茶知识，茶叶保管方式，推销茶品； 4、负责征询客户对茶品、服务质量等方面的意见和建议，确保茶具清洁完好； 5、按标准执行酒店礼貌礼节，仪容仪表； 6、按标准执行工作流程及服务流程，为客户提供良好服务； 7、积极参加培训，不断提高专业知识、销售及服务技能； 8、完成领导交办的其它工作。
