Qualifications and Requirements · Proven experience as a Director of Culinary Operations or similar leadership role in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant. · Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification preferred. · Extensive knowledge of international cuisines, culinary techniques, and current food trends. · Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management. · Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. · Creative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. · Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus. Participate in the preventive maintenance program of all-building equipment and rooms. Supervise, train, and inspect the performance of Engineering associate ensuring that all procedures are completed to the hotel's standards. - TheDirector of Sales is mainly to ensure thatthe sales team & manpower resources are deployed effectively to drive therevenue streams across the key markets of Rosewood Guangzhou.  - Therole involves assisting to prepare clear Sales strategies for key marketsegments and channels of distribution and ensuring the agreed sales plans areimplemented in accordance with industry best practices. - Responsible in achievingthe rooms and partial catering sales objectives of the hotel. - Handles a specificaccount base and ensures the production of room nights. - Responsible forachieving yearly revenue targets for both Rooms & F&B

To function as the Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the outlet, to ensure that the outlet operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable. - Assists to ensure that the Food and Beverage activities are aligned with the respective corporate strategy, and that the hotel actions have been implemented where appropriate.-Assists to prepare and update departmental operations manuals as appropriate.-Assists to conduct regular divisional communications meetings and ensure that departmental briefings and meetings are effective and conducted as necessary.-Assists the Outlet Manager to achieve the monthly and annual personal target and the outlet’s revenue.-Assists in the inventory management and ongoing maintenance of hotel operating equipment and other assets.-Manages costs proactively based on key performance indicators, works with the respective heads of department as appropriate.
