    Be responsible for the overall planning and management of the wine, spirits and specialty beverages in the catering department. Independently write and update the wine list, control the quality of the entire wine service process, and provide customized wine service. Build a high-end wine supply chain, implement refined inventory control and risk contingency plans. Plan wine-themed promotion activities, and leverage internal and external resources to empower business. Build a training system to enhance the professional skills of the team in wine service and beverage preparation.
