准备客房部的服务 a. 协助行政管家面试前未应聘的员工，确保录用高质量的员工。 b. 管理和检查每天楼层总主管准备的人员安排和工作安排，确保每个区域有足够人手 c. 检查工作和休假计划，确保酒店在高入住率时不要缺少人手 d. 和别的部门之间保持良好的沟通和协调 保证被分配的区域干净和达到酒店的标准 a. 实施日常的酒店检查、清洁、安全、和维护，并且记录不足之处，填写维修单，做好跟进工作并立刻行动。 b. 抽查当天到店贵宾的夜床。 c. 确保所有的客房在任何时间的清洁都有条理的进行。 d. 和前台协调好可售出的房间及封闭大修房及大清洁的房间。 e. 关注公共区域和客人房间在全年都保持在良好的状态，确保副经理贯彻大清洁的程序，并且检查月纪录。 协助行政管家检查当天到的贵宾房间，并且确保房间是干净整洁并是主管检查过的。 f. 每天检查15间房间，并且做好记录。 g. 在有重要会议或大型活动时要多关注公共区域。 维护酒店的标准 a. 关注酒店外包公司的员工，确保他们是根据酒店制度的标准来操作。 b. 建议行政管家如果外包公司达不到酒店的标准需要及时更换。 c. 每月做好公共区域及楼层的盘点并且在不够的情况下准备采购事宜。 d. 检查公共区域2到3次，并保持良好的状况。 使客人投诉最小化 a.接到从酒店客人，管理层，前厅部的投诉，立即报告行政管家，并且立即采取行动解决投诉。 b. 确保到店的客人无需等房，关注退房的清洁程序，在有可能的情况下协助总主管 c. .从客人处得到及反馈关于产品质量和服务水准。 d. 取保员工提供给客人优质服务。 设定部门的整体工作效率。 a. 在接到前台和管理层的特别要求后立即行动。 b. .注意员工的不满情绪和投诉并且立即汇报，维护好与其他部门的沟通。 c. 在员工犯错时给于口头警告和处罚。根据酒店的规定，在行政管家的批准下，开出一些不符合酒店规定的员工。 d. 在下班前处理好所有的报告。 e. 确保每天的签钥匙纪录每周检查一次钥匙数量。 f. 阅读楼层和公共区域的交接本，确保总领班关注他们的感受，特别是关于工程维修和客人投诉及特殊要求。 g. 维护好自己专业、整洁的仪容仪表，展现在客人面前，并且在员工中做好良好的典范。 h. 确保客房部员工都知道所有酒店紧急事件，安全和杀虫的制度。 J. 准备每月部门会议的议程，递交给行政管家，并且在会议中充当翻译。 K 在行政管家，总主管缺席时顶班。 L 每季度作一次自查，并且使用检查表。 关注和检查仓库和客房办公室的备品量，确保不断货。 每周检查一次工作间，是否客用品的存货量大于标准量，并且保持干净整洁。 保证所有的检查表被及时更新的并且和工程部保持良好协调关系。 检查和管住客房部员工的年假纪录。 制度和提高客房服务的效率。 a. 对于行政管家的决定要立刻行动，并且保证所有的规定被严格遵守。 b. 保证总主管和主管遵守他们的工作职责，关注他们的工作表现。 c. 提出一些可采用的建议 。 控制部门成本。 a. .在采购单被送至行政管家之前，必须检查一遍。 b. 在日常使用量的基础上检查布草盘点，清洁用品量，客用品量，备品，制服和其它用品是否保持正常 c. 协助每月布草的盘点。 与所有员工保持积极的工作关系，以建立和提高团队合作和和谐。 遵守酒店和集团政策及执行程序。 日常操作严格按照CSAT&ISRA标准执行。 当部门或酒店有其他工作安排或需要帮忙时请配合完成。 完成上级交给的其它工作或任务。
