【财务运营经理岗位职责】 1、 建立健全酒店各营业场所的收入稽核制度。 2、 督促各营业部门和收银部及时报送营业报表和账单，严格审核酒店营业日所有营业报表和账单，编制各种营业收入报告，次日早上向总经理、财务总监等酒店管理层报送酒店前一日营业收入报告。 3、 定期或不定期检查各营业场所和收银员是否按酒店的规定进行操作，发现异常情况及时汇报。 4、 按国家原始凭证的有关管理规定保管账单，期满后按规定销毁。 5、 按照各种类型券的实际使用数量销号，发现异常情况要及时汇报。 6、 熟练使用前台PMS业务系统。 7、 每天编制营业收入总表，以及月末核对凭证及记总账。 8、 监督各部门备用金的使用情况，发现异常及时报告。 9、 做好应收日常管理工作。建立公司、旅行社、个人信用档案。 10、 与市场营销部配合跟踪会议的定金及结账。跟踪销售经理给客户临时信用挂账的付款情况。 11、 与稽核主管共同完成每月收款计划。与前台共同关注住店客人的信用额度。 12、熟练使用excel、word、ppt。 【稽核主管岗位职责】 1、审核餐饮部、前厅部每天送审的营业报表和账单。 2、查核价格是否正确、冲减及折扣是否符合权限和审批手续。 3、按照审计主管的安排，定期或不定期检查各营业场所和收银员是否按酒店的规定进行操作，发现异常情况立即向审计主管汇报。 4、按国家原始凭证的有关管理规定保管账单。 5、对各种票券进行销号，并编制报告。 6、做好应收账款日常审账工作。 7、根据每日挂账编制会计凭证。 8、与市场营销部配合跟踪公司协议客户的挂账与回笼情况。 9、根据每日银行进账单编制CHECKLIST。 10、对往来账进行核销。 11、完成每月收款计划。
