To have complete knowledge of the operational systems at Telephone / Service Centre e.g. PABX / Call Centre System / Call Accounting Software. 2.Ensures all calls from guests and external calls are handled professionally and with care adhering to hotel’s and Shangri-La policies and procedures. 3.Demonstrate and practice the Guidance Principle according to the “Shangri-La  Culture”. 4.Ensures that procedures set with regards to guest confidentiality are strictly adhering to. 5.
