【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店礼宾部的日常运营管理，确保宾客接待、行李服务、车辆安排等工作高效有序进行 2、督导礼宾团队提供专业服务，处理宾客特殊需求及投诉，维护酒店服务品质标准 3、协调前台、客房等部门工作衔接，优化宾客到店离店流程 4、管理礼宾部物资设备，定期检查维护服务工具及车辆状况 5、制定并执行礼宾员培训计划，提升团队服务技能与职业素养 【岗位要求】 1、具备优秀的服务意识与职业素养，能承受高强度工作压力 2、出色的沟通协调能力，熟练使用酒店管理系统及办公软件 3、掌握基本商务礼仪及涉外服务规范，英语口语流利者优先 4、具备团队管理经验，擅长现场服务问题应急处理 5、形象端正
