Job Summary The role will be responsible for Guest Experience, Concierge Service and Lobby Movement,  be in charge of the functions' smooth daily operation and related team members, following standards and policies while implementing and maintaining the highest level of service in line with the management philosophy which also serves as a guide and example to respective team members.   Experience Solid experience in Guest Experience and Concierge operations in top luxury hotel. Job Summary This position is responsible for all aspects of Spa and Fitness Centre & pool operation. This position requires a pro-active, creative and result driven person. He/ She provides direction and leadership to the Spa and Fitness Centre team to maximize revenue opportunities and guest satisfaction levels by executing effective administration of the department, implementing Rosewood service standards, planning a variety of resources (financial and human) and ensures the appropriate allocation and utilization of resources to achieve the department’s key result areas and objectives. Experience Solid experience in SPA and Fitness operations including more than 2 years as manager in sound Hotel brand or independent SPA. Fluent Mandarin and English speaking is a must.
