1.负责打扫辖区内的房间，包括更换床单、替换毛巾、清洁浴盆、卫生间、地板吸尘等客房内的清洁工作，并及时补充客用品，例如：饮料、香皂和洗漱用品等。 2.负责打扫楼层的公共区域。 3.负责客房大清洁工作。 4.及时回应客人的需求，例如：清理垃圾桶，额外更换布巾，清洁浴室等。 5.正确使用各类设施设备，并做好基本保养工作；发现问题及时上报、及时维修，确保一切设施设备的正常运作。 6.对辖区内的安全问题有足够的警觉，做好防火、防盗、防事故工作；发现异常立即报告。 7.对辖区内的物品要保管清点，做到节能降耗；发现问题及时报告。 8.发现客人遗忘物品，及时交回或上交。 9.如实全面地填写工作报告中的每一项，提供真实数据和记录。 10.熟练掌握礼仪礼节常识并灵活运用到日常服务工作中。 11.严格按照员工手册上的标准、部门规章制度、工作操作流程执行日常工作。 12.服从领班及以上管理者的工作安排，听从工作指令，并注重团队合作。 13.遵守集团的环境健康安全方针政策，日常工作中注意节能和安全操作。 14.完成上级领导所交办的其它任务。

【岗位职责】 1、确保自己的服饰、发型整洁、淡妆等方面全部符合规定的要求。 2、查看交班记录，了解上一班的移交事项，并负责处理。 3、熟悉酒店有关客房销售的各项政策，向来店宾客推销客房，努力争取最好的经济效益。 4、熟练总台各项专业业务和技能，搞好对客服务。 5、熟练掌握店内外信息，提供准确的问讯服务。 6、负责为下榻酒店的宾客办理入住登记手续。 7、负责客房钥匙的管理和发放工作并严格遵守验证制度。 8、制作有关报表，为其它部门提供准确的接待信息。 【岗位要求】 1、大专以上学历，可应届生，酒店管理、旅游类或语言类专业毕业优先； 2、相貌端正，身体健康，可接受轮班工作制； 3、有良好的沟通能力，有英语基础。 4、通晓酒店各项对客政策、设施设备及服务种类以及总台工作程度和规范。
