【职责范围】 协助工程部经理对酒店设施、设备进行系统性、规范化的维护保养管理，保证工程部设备及系统运行安全、稳定、可靠，在当班期间管理部门设备运行和维修事项，并对其岗位职责范围负责。 【工作范围】 ⒈根据工程部设备管理和维护要求，制订设备、设施保养计划，处理设备运行和维修中出现的各种问题，督导、检查各维修项目的实施与落实情况。 ⒉协助部门做好班组管理工作，制定必要的管理制度，协助下属主管和班长的管理，到维修一线解决问题，并做好日常维修工作的分派，合理调配人力，优先安排解决急、难问题。 ⒊对所管理的设备系统及有关部位进行日常巡视，认真检查酒店各公共区域、厨房、庭院、机房等部位，确保设备、设施运行正常，发现问题及时处理，重大问题应迅速向工程部总监报告。 4.对技术设备档案进行管理，注重资料、图纸的保存，不断完善档案管理。 5.根据各类设备的使用状况和维修保养情况对备品、备件的需求量，提出适量采购补充建议或预算计划。 【主要义务与职责】 1.对各类设备系统、运行方式及操作使用提出节能降耗的改进措施，注重设备运行中的节能管理，杜绝跑、冒、滴、漏现象发生。 2.不断了解技工或管理人员业务、技术需求变化，适时对下属进行各类辅导、培训，组织参加本店或社会上的技术考核与取证工作。 3.在巡查中，同时应检查工程部员工工作纪律，杜绝人员违反店规店纪的情况发生。 4.不断钻研业务技术，学习新知识与管理方法，善于进行推广和应用，提高本人的技能水平和能力。 5.落实各项安全规程和措施，进行定期或不定期的安全检查，对安全隐患提出整改措施，避免问题再次发生，并按照政府生产安全检验规定，按时提交、办理特种设备、装置的年度检验，禁止使用未能通过安全检验、检测的设备、装置以及工具等。

1、管理职能: （1） 执行酒店年度和月度客户销售计划； （2） 执行客户关系管理计划，与酒店的忠诚客户建立良好、稳定的长期关系； （3） 定期向直接主管递交销售报告，使之成为业务沟通和制订销售策略的重要基础； （4） 执行管理公司的标准与流程； （5） 积极参与每周的销售工作例会和月度工作会议，总结工作经验，计划下一阶段销售工作重点； （6） 积极地、有针对性地进行对客户促销与拜访，及时完成客户拜访日报表； （7） 随着一些参数、价格和协议价格给客户的推出，通过协议书和书面合同确认预订，为酒店签订合同，接受客人签字确认，且完成销售订单完成销售； （8） 根据要求准备每周、月、及季度报表； （9） 有指导性地汇总和提供市场资讯，并有竞争对手的资讯和知识（直接和间接的）。 2、销售职能： （1） 努力完成自己的销售指标，寻找并有计划地开发新客户； （2） 组织和支持销售代表的客户销售工作，拓展客户市场；必要时帮助销售代表参与销售合同的谈判，在招徕客户的同时确保酒店的效益； （3） 根据各种信息，积极争取客源，尽可能减少会议流失率； （4） 负责客户关系管理系统中自己客户档案的建设和管理，并及时完成客户拜访日报表使之成为定制化销售和服务的重要工具； （5） 通过与自己的各种客户接触，对酒店客户需求做出分析，对酒店的客源变化保持高度关注，并及时向直接领导反映相关情况； （6） 在做好销售工作的同时，了解和关注竞争对手的销售策略，以及酒店销售策略的市场效果，并及时向直接领导提供合理化建议，以便上级领导及时做出分析和调整； （7） 始终与酒店各部门保持良好的沟通和协作，及时、准确反映客户需求和意见，保证接待质量和服务水准； （8） 在任何场合始终积极介绍、宣传酒店和集团，但注意不泄露客户的隐私和酒店、集团的机密信息； （9） 协助市场销售总监做好市场调查； （10） 完成上级领导指派的其他销售任务； （11） 根据指示，参加酒内、行业内和客户组织有关销售联谊、销售活动方面的贸易洽谈展示会、会议和促销活动； （12） 为酒店销售的客户制定和执行一系列的考察团安排； （13） 建立和维护强大的客户关系网和客户保持良好紧密联系； （14） 与酒店管理公司保持定期联络，为连锁酒店网络提供销售生意线索； 3、完成市场销售总监和销售总监及主管分配的其他工作。

1、重点回头客的运作： （1） 重点回头客户从谈判到活动完结的跟进； （2） 当处理客人的询价时（价格策略，特殊要求）。同销售队伍紧密合作给出最佳报价以争取确定合同的签订； （3） 同客人协作定下所有的细节并从专业角度给出建议和活动的计划； （4） 确保同客人之间有效的沟通； （5） 负责发送活动的相关信息给相关部门（团队概况/宴会活动通知单/ 主持会前协调会）； （6） 同相关部门保持紧密的配合协调会议组织者的要求； （7） 在活动/团队期间巡视并检查会议组织者和客人的满意度； （8） 监督检查宴会活动的运作并与各个部门紧密合作以确保高水准的服务水平； （9） 确保主账单的正确并随时与会议组织者确认，以避免 最终账单上不必要的调整； （10） 在会议过程中同相关的销售经理保持紧密的沟通。 2、重点回头客会后的跟进： （1） 与销售经理对会后活动的共同跟进，如共同发出感谢信； （2） 检验由审计准备的应收 帐款费用和发票并发给会议组织者； （3） 获取客人的反馈跟进并采取相应的措施； （4） 咨询相关活动并把相关信息传给姐妹酒店。 3、生意经营管理： （1） 紧密地监控客户收入及酒店营业成果； （2） 同销售经理和销售总监密切沟通，提供市场趋势的最新动态，更新客户关系和整体的预测团队间夜和宴会收入； （3） 必要时参与客人的酒店视察建立良好的关系； （4） 指导宴会销售经理按要求准备报价单/合同； （5） 持续不断向上销售客房和团队餐饮宴会。紧密与相关的销售经理沟通并更新的谈判过程的进展。 4、市场计划： （1） 协助准备市场计划； （2） 积极参与市场计划 ； （3） 引导宴会销售团队完成部门目标。 5、公关联络： （1） 确保部门内部及其它部门之间有效 / 紧密地沟通及维持良好的工作关系； （2） 保持与销售经理紧密经常性的沟通，通过有效收入管理及宴会厅的使用管理； （3） 必要时主持及参加会议； （4） 准时保持同客人的联络沟通； 准备每月团队宴会预测。
