1.通过确保食品的准备工作、盘点、征用单、库存控制好食品开支。控制体系应在所有的食物准备区域是实行。所有的货架，箱子都应清晰的贴上标签。系统的管理货仓与冷藏室，为他们附上标签。每次储存的每样食品应在同一个地方。 2.循环更换所有货品以保持新鲜，注意特别的食品类型的储存要求---保存日期、温度等。留意没有用的库存，设法使用或是出售他们。 3.监督和准备每日的摆设，以确保所有服务区域都已准备就绪，在服务中检查每样提供给客人的每样菜品。

1.了解酒店及其服务，包括营业点营业时间，周边环境，本地信息，本地旅游景点及其它相关信息。 了解包括位置，景色，客用品，特征，类型在内的客房知识。 2.掌握送餐服务的各种结帐方式与操作程序。 3.准备叫醒服务的登记表，接到客人来电要求叫醒服务时客人姓名，房号，叫醒时间。跟客人重复确认以上信息，确保服务的准确。

1.负责销售工作包括书面预订,确认信函、电话通讯、在Opera系统更新信息，酒店考察和跟进。 2.利用收益管理工具制作精确的合同，及时发送给客户。通过合同/报价得到客户的承诺。 3.通过感谢信与客人维持良好的关系，并以后续的销售拜访形式增加业务机会。
