About the role:  关于职位:  The Director of Housekeeping is responsible for the financial and operational management of the housekeeping department comprising of Rooms, Linen and Uniform, Valet and Seamstress, Public Areas, Flower Shop and Contractors. The individual is also responsible for the hiring of new employees, departmental training, budgeting, inventories and cleanliness standards. He/She will understand, maintain and execute operational manual and guidelines.
