岗位职责-本次招聘宴会厅主管1人 1.合理制定员工的排班表，带头执行成都空港国际会议中心及酒店各项规章制度； 2.在餐厅经理领导下带领餐厅员工积极完成各项接待任务和经营指标，努力提高餐厅销售收入； 3.审核部门的的营业收入，做好结账控制工作，杜绝发生舞弊行为； 4.参加上司主持的工作例会，提出合理化建议； 5.全面掌握预订和重要活动，参加部门管理人员的班前例会和有关会议； 6.负责将会展工作的计划及目标及时有效地传达给下属员工； 7.控制会展低值易耗品成本，抓好成本核算、节能控制； 8.加强物品原材料的管理，降低费用，增加盈利； 9.检查领班及员工的工作情况和餐厅的服务质量； 10.负责管理会展设施设备的保养和卫生、安全工作； 11.监督卫生工作，包括员工个人卫生，食品卫生，餐具卫生，环境卫生和操作卫生； 12.对于个人无法处理的事情和客人的意见、投诉要马上报告经理，完成上级交办的其他工作。 任职要求 1.学历要求：大专及以上学历（优先）； 2.经验要求: 至少四年以上相关工作经验；二年以上管理经验； 素质能力: 具有较强的社会活动能力、组织领导能力和实际工作能力;善于安排各个环节的工作，能保证部门管理的协调发展，具有较强的协调、组织能力，善于调动部门各级管理人员的积极性，具有较强的抗压能力及自我调节能力； 3.其他要求: 无纹身，皮肤外漏部位无明显疤痕，无犯罪记录。

【岗位职责】-本次招聘打荷主管 1.成都空港国际会议中心及酒店主管负责直接向其厨师长报告； 2.协助厨师长实行的日常操作，每天根据产品的高标准和程序运作； 3.每天检查所有的食品； 4.一定保证所有的食品在保质期限内，并保证质量； 5.确定完成所有的程序和预算参数,完成食品操作； 6.确定所有的厨房食品的制造的时间； 7.确定所有的设备和器具干净，在工作中避免不必要的意外事件； 8.当包房主厨缺席的时候要担负起其职责, 并完成好其职责； 9.帮助主厨确定 HACCP 卫生关键控制点管理系统的确认和执行； 10.帮助主厨处理日常财务等相关事宜。 【岗位要求】 1.学历/专业：专业烹饪学校学历优先； 2.经验要求：3年以上工作经验，1年以上同岗位工作经验； 3.专业知识：具备熟练的面包制作技能，有新菜的创新能力及开发能力； 4.素质能力：有强烈的责任心、沟通能力和表达能力。
