SUMMARY OF POSITION 职位概括 Responsible for booking, selling, upselling the hotel’s room and other revenue centers and providing information to prospective guests and bookers. To capture sales from the incoming calls in compliance with Four Seasons Standards coordinate details of each reservation via Opera/Lotus to ensure the guest’s satisfaction. 按照部门工作程序处理预订，客房的向上促销，及提供相关的信息给于客人及预订者，从接听电话中完成销售，并在Opera或者Lotus系统中按照四季集团的标准来保证客人的要求能够实现，达到客人满意。 PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS  职位要求 College Diploma or academic certification or related hotel experience more than 1 year. 大学学历要求或者1年以上的相关酒店工作经历。 Experience with Opera an advantage. 熟悉酒店管理系统Opera从业经历者优先。 Reading,writing and oral proficiency in English and mandarin. SUMMARY OF POSITION 职位概述 Support Sales and Catering teams through the execution of administrative work. Handle incoming calls and inquiries in compliance with Four Seasons standard. 支持整体销售团队的行政工作。根据四季标准处理销售咨询和查询。 Timely and accurately prepare high-quality BEO and contracts to lay the foundation for successful sales. 及时准确地准备高质量的BEO以及合同，为成功销售做好基础。 Support and help the sales team in action, and complete other tasks assigned by the catering  sales manager and Director of Catering. 给予宴会销售团队行动上的支持及帮助，完成宴会销售经理及宴会销售总监分配的其他任务。 PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS 职位要求 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required in English and Mandarin.  具有优秀的沟通技巧及中英文的读写能力。 Experience with computer (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Opera, Lotus and GOLDEN S&C) an advantage. 有计算机经验（Excel、Word、PowerPoint、Opera、Lotus和GOLDEN S&C）者优先。 Colleague degree or above, fresh graduates are accepted 大学专科或以上学历，接受应届毕业生。
