【岗位职责】 1、指导监督本部的运作，保证巡视工作的正确执行，确保客人和同事的安全。 2、负责检查消防和安全救生设备的使用寿命（例如手持式化学灭火器等等）。 3、对员工进行灭火常识培训，安全检查和消防疏散等基本知识的培训和演练。定期对饭店消防队进行培训演习以培养和保证消防队伍的技术水平。 4、确保保安员将巡视记录中的维修问题及时报告给工程部。 5、在员工进出饭店时对其包裹进行随机的检查。遵循饭店财物管理的原则，在未得到特许的情况下严禁饭店财物外流。 6、遵照饭店准则将偷盗事件的发生率降到最低。 7、如有需要，应对携带大量现金的同事提供护送服务。 8、随机抽查万能钥匙的分配情况并明确钥匙的持有人的责任。 9、对饭店进行随机检查，以保证饭店内安全保卫措施的实行，如防火门的通畅，水龙带门前无设备堆放，各货物堆放区间的清洁和和喷淋头的充足等等。 10、确保有一名部门成员参加饭店内部发生的有关安全保卫的事件的处理过程。认真审阅事故报告，开展调查工作以找出事件的起因，责任人(采取必要的措施)考虑如何在今后杜绝此类事情的发生。 11、回顾和发展部门内的执行程序的标准。 12、推广使用酒店人力资源部管理系统的模式对员工进行培训。制定出业务培训计划，实施定期的单独培训和以小组为单位的培训工作。 In charge of SEC when Chief Security is absent、 保安部经理不在时，代行其全部职责。 13、采取适当的方法解决客人投诉。通过与客人交流，建立起友好、信任和满意的对客关系。 14、保存各类文件、报告、信件、备忘录及其他相关业务资料。 【岗位要求】 1、协助保安经理或者酒店管理层预防、应对、处理突发事件，并熟悉相关的程序和政策。 2、要与公安机关建立起良好的工作关系， 并在工作中积极沟通合作。 3、协助制定和实施新员工的培训规程。 4、遵守酒店的工作政策及程序，遵守酒店的运营规则及员工手册中的条款。 5、保证所有报告和服务都按时完成。
