主要职责 1、能够按照既定的绩效标准清洁和清洗锅碗瓢盆及其他厨房设备。能够按照既定的专业标准清洁和清洗餐具。 2、了解所有清洁程序、洗碗机的使用方法和所用化学品的类型。确保遵守所有垃圾处理规定，即物品分类以及指定的垃圾处理流程。 2、始终保持专业性，安排好班次内员工工作，并根据值班当天运营情况进行工作内容的调整。 4、执行部门经理的工作安排，并按照指示标准，带领员工进行各式宴会的物品的准备和设备摆放工作。 5、了解酒店提供的所有服务和产品。做好物品进出部门的登记，控制物品的领用频率和预算购买额度。 6、与财务部门一起每月盘点业务用品和设备。确保对破损情况进行管理，并不断向运营部门提供反馈，以此作为减少破损和损失的工具。 7、协助运营部门和宴会活动的准备工作。确保向所有运营部门提供清洁干燥的操作设备和清洁干燥的用具。确保在每次盘点后更新和控制所有设备规格清单。 8、做好班次内外包人员的工作安排，保证工作进度。对工作流程、标准和及结果提出严格要求，并做好监督。能在日常运营工作中，做好能源的节约，增强节能意识。 9、确保始终保持热情、礼貌的专业态度。 10、做好工作区域内操作设备的维修物品跟进工作，并和部门经理以及运营部门保持良好的沟通。
