工作职责 | Key Responsibilities
· 战略领导与财务管理: 制定并执行度假村的整体战略和年度预算,实现营收最大化(包括RevPAR等关键指标)、控制成本,确保度假村的财务健康和长期盈利能力。
· 日常运营管理: 全面负责度假村公寓、温泉设施、餐饮、宾客服务、安保及维护等所有部门的日常高效、顺畅运营,确保符合最高的五星级标准。
· 卓越宾客体验: 塑造并维护卓越的宾客服务文化,确保每位客人都能享受到个性化、无与伦比的O’REVE体验,大幅提升宾客满意度和忠诚度。
· 团队建设与领导: 领导、激励并发展一支高素质、多元化的团队,培养人才,营造积极协作、追求卓越的工作环境。
· 销售与市场推广: 与市场销售团队紧密合作,制定有效的市场策略,提升O’REVE在关键目标市场(包括韩国本土、中国、东南亚等)的品牌知名度和市场占有率。
· 品牌与声誉管理: 作为度假村的形象代表,维护并提升O’REVE的豪华品牌形象,处理重要宾客关系及媒体事务。
· 合规与标准: 确保度假村在所有运营方面均严格遵守当地法律法规、安全标准及五星级评级体系的要求。
· Strategic Leadership & Financial Performance: Develop and execute the resort's overall strategy and annual budget, maximize revenue (including key metrics like RevPAR), control costs, and ensure the financial health and long-term profitability of the resort.
· Daily Operations Management: Oversee the efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of all departments, including resort residences, hot spring facilities, food and beverage, guest services, security, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with the highest five-star standards.
· Exceptional Guest Experience: Foster and maintain a culture of exceptional guest service, ensuring every guest enjoys a personalized and unparalleled O'REVE experience, significantly enhancing guest satisfaction and loyalty.
· Team Building & Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-caliber, diverse team. Mentor talent and foster a positive, collaborative, and excellence-driven work environment.
· Sales & Marketing: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies to enhance O'REVE's brand awareness and market share in key target markets (including domestic Korea, China, Southeast Asia, etc.).
· Brand & Reputation Management: Act as the ambassador for the resort, upholding and enhancing the luxury brand image of O'REVE. Manage key guest relationships and media affairs.
· Compliance & Standards: Ensure the resort adheres to all local laws and regulations, safety standards, and five-star rating requirements in all aspects of operation.
应聘条件 | Qualifications & Requirements
· 学历与经验: 拥有酒店管理或工商管理相关领域的学士学位及以上学历。具备至少10年以上在豪华酒店或温泉度假村(五星级标准优先)的高级管理经验,有综合性的度假村(含公寓及温泉/水疗设施)管理经验者尤佳。
· 领导力: 拥有出色的领导、决策和战略规划能力,能够激励大型团队,并有效管理多位部门总监。
· 财务敏锐度: 拥有卓越的财务管理和分析能力,精通预算编制、预测和财务分析。
· 卓越服务理念: 对奢华服务有深刻的理解和执着的追求,始终以客为尊。
· 沟通能力: 具备优秀的中英文沟通能力(必需),能够与不同文化背景的客人和团队成员有效交流。掌握韩语者将是重要加分项。
· 个人特质: 结果导向,具备出色的解决问题能力、商业敏锐度和强大的抗压能力。能够适应济州岛的工作和生活。
· 行业知识: 对济州岛旅游市场、亚太地区酒店业趋势有深入了解者优先。
· Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or above in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of senior management experience in luxury hotels or hot spring resorts (five-star standard preferred). Experience managing an integrated resort with residences and hot springs/ spa facilities is a significant advantage.
· Leadership: Proven exceptional leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning skills, with the ability to inspire large teams and effectively manage multiple department heads.
· Financial Acuity: Strong financial management and analytical skills, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
· Service Excellence: A deep understanding of and passion for luxury service, with an unwavering commitment to guest-centricity.
· Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese (required) to effectively interact with guests and team members from diverse cultural backgrounds. Proficiency in Korean is a significant plus.
· Personal Attributes: Results-driven with excellent problem-solving skills, business acumen, and resilience. Ability to adapt to working and living in Jeju Island.
· Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Jeju Island tourism market and Asia-Pacific hospitality trends is highly preferred.
