He/ She provides direction and leadership to the Spa and Fitness Centre team to maximize revenue opportunities and guest satisfaction levels by executing effective administration of the department, implementing Rosewood service standards, planning a variety of resources (financial and human) and ensures the appropriate allocation and utilization of resources to achieve the department’s key result areas and objectives. 岗位职责： 1.全面负责酒店日常的餐饮销售工作的实施与管理，做好客户开发与维护工作； 2.全面掌握酒店餐饮销售政策与制度； 3.制定餐饮销售计划和客户维护计划，并负责跟进实施； 4.掌握市场信息并了解餐饮营业动态，及时制定餐饮销售策略； 5.积极开展销售活动，开拓新市场和吸引新老顾客。 岗位要求： 1.具有酒店餐饮销售岗位工作经验，有一定的客户积累，团队合作精神； 2.具有较强的管理能力、判断和决策能力、人际沟通协调能力、计划与执行能力； 3.工作细致、严谨，并具有战略前瞻性思维。 4.具有一定的外语水平，能够阅读预定函电并进行接待服务. 5.形象气质佳。
