    Scope of Position The Demi Chef de Partie is responsible to assist the Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in culinary operations of a specific kitchen or outlet. Maintain clear communications with the Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine, including all relative internal communications, and to relay all guest comments both positive and negative. Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental/hotel policies and procedures. To produce consistently high quality food production and presentation, always meeting agreed standards. He is to ensure a positive & professional working environment throughout the kitchens. Ensure that agreed food hygiene, licensing and safety standards are upheld or surpassed, at all times. Abide by all rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the hotel. Ensure the effective Inter kitchen and inter departmental communications are conducted in professional manner Ensure kitchen is set up and closed according to Standard Operating Procedures, including correct storage of all foods and meeting HACCP Standards.     本岗位需持有高压电工证。 岗位职责 1、对派工单要准确无误地实施完成,并认真检查完成情况 2、安排好预防性维修计划及巡查工作,严把质量关。 3、掌握供电设备运行和照明情况,制定节电措施。 4、精通强电、电梯等设备的维修、维护、保养工作经验。 岗位要求 1、中专以上文化程度;3年以上同岗位工作经验。高低压、变配电、自动化。 2、熟悉强电系统运行维护管理工作,有较强的理论知识和动手能力。 3、能够检查和指导本专业员工做好各项工作,有相关管理经验。 4、精通电气专业,熟悉与电气相关的其他专业,能够阅览工程图纸。 5、持有高低压电工证。 6、年龄要求:20-45岁。

    本岗位属于综合维修工 岗位职责 1.遵守操作规程及酒店规章制度。 2.按计划检修客房,公共区域设施设备。 3.完成综合性临时工作任务。 4.完成宾客提出的小修工作。 5.完成维修领班安排的其它工作。 岗位要求 1.中专以上文化程度:一年以上同岗位工作经验。 2.持高/低压电工证,以电工优先,对钳工、管工、空调、木工、油工专业知识有一定的了解,具备一专多能,动手能力强。 3.身体健康,吃苦耐劳,能接受三班轮换制工作时间。 4.年龄要求:20-40岁。 5.班次时间以长白班为主9:00-18:00,轮换值班班次15:00-00:00,中间休息1小时。 6.包吃包住,购买社保,月休4天。
