【岗位职责】 1、遵守酒店员工手册及酒店酒店的规章制度。 2、向部门领导报告发现的安全问题。 3、对酒店员工和保安部员工进行消防安全培训。 4、检查消防设备，协调工程部使消防设备处于良好状态。 【岗位要求】 1、按照要求对管辖区域的巡视与消防检查。 2、在区域进行专项的消防安全检查，发现和消除隐患。 3、对备用钥匙的管理，执行酒店钥匙管理的规定。 4、执行部门对外来访客及施工人员的管理政策。 5、与工程部和供应商积极的协调，使中控设备处于良好的状态。 6、对来店的重要宾客的安全保卫。 7、建立和管理保安部内部消防档案。 8、对安全隐患采取必要的措施，并将检查结果和整改措施报防损部经理。

工作职责： 1. 负责接听预订服务中心的来电，解答客户关于酒店、机票、旅游产品等预订相关的咨询问题。 2. 根据客户需求，提供合适的预订方案，包括但不限于酒店选择、航班时刻、旅游线路规划等，并完成预订操作。 3. 处理客户的预订变更、取消等请求，确保信息准确无误地传达给相关部门，并及时反馈处理结果给客户。 4. 跟进预订订单状态，确保订单顺利执行，如遇到问题及时协调解决，保障客户体验。 5. 收集客户反馈，对预订过程中出现的问题进行记录和分析，为优化预订流程和服务质量提供建议。 6. 维护客户关系，通过良好的沟通和服务，提升客户满意度和忠诚度。 任职资格： 1. 大专及以上学历，旅游管理、酒店管理、市场营销等相关专业优先。 2. 具备1年及以上预订服务、客户服务或相关行业工作经验，熟悉预订流程和客户服务技巧。 3. 具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识，能够耐心、细致地解答客户问题，提供优质服务。 4. 具备较强的学习能力和适应能力，能够快速掌握新产品、新服务的信息，并灵活应用于工作中。 5. 熟练使用办公软件和预订系统，具备基本的计算机操作能力。 6. 工作认真负责，具备良好的团队合作精神和抗压能力，能够在快节奏的工作环境中高效完成任务。

该岗位月休6天！ 【岗位职责】 1、负责餐饮部办公室文件和信函的打印、收发及传送； 2、整理每月或每年的报表上呈部门领导及作有关计划报告； 3、接收来电、登记留言及时通知有关人员； 4、在各种定期会议前，为部门领导做好准备，并做好部门会议纪要； 5、分类整理及保管餐饮部各种档案，确保完整。 【岗位要求】 1、本科学历，2年左右酒店或餐饮文员工作经验； 2、懂得电脑操作，能较熟练地进行中英文打字 3、有一定的写作能力和应变处理问题的能力。
