【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店客房、会议、宴会等产品的销售工作，完成公司下达的销售指标； 2、开发并维护客户资源，建立长期稳定的合作关系； 3、定期拜访客户，了解客户需求，提供定制化的销售方案，并跟进签约及后续服务； 4、收集市场信息，分析竞争对手动态，制定针对性的销售策略； 5、协助市场部门策划并执行促销活动，提升酒店品牌影响力； 6、协调酒店内部资源，确保客户需求得到高效落实，提升客户满意度； 7、完成销售报告及业绩分析，定期向上级汇报工作进展。 【岗位要求】 1、大专及以上学历，市场营销、酒店管理或相关专业优先； 2、3年以上酒店销售或相关行业销售经验，有高星级酒店销售经验者优先； 3、具备较强的市场开拓能力和客户谈判技巧，能够独立完成销售任务； 4、熟悉酒店行业运营模式及市场动态，对客户需求有敏锐的洞察力； 5、具备良好的沟通协调能力及团队合作精神，能够承受一定的工作压力； 6、能熟练使用办公软件，具备基本的数据分析能力。

Perform professional accounting duties to maintain control over expenses, income, assets and liability of the hotel to ensure the security of the assets of the company in a centralized accounting environment. 【岗位职责】 统筹中西餐厅日常运营，监督服务全流程，保障服务品质与顾客满意度。 负责厅面团队排班、培训，指导新员工，助力资深服务员提升管理能力，搭建高效服务团队。 对接后厨，准确传达顾客需求，协调出餐节奏，处理厅面与后厨衔接问题，减少投诉。 处理顾客咨询、需求及投诉，妥善应对服务突发情况，维护酒店品牌形象。 管理餐厅物料，控制损耗、合理控本，协助经理完成运营指标，上报服务数据。 二、岗位要求 普通话标准，服务意识强，能适应倒班及节假日上班。 具备1年及以上国际联号酒店中西餐领班经验，熟悉其服务与运营标准。 接受资深服务员晋升，晋升者需有2年及以上中西餐服务经验（含1年国际联号经验）。 熟练掌握中西餐菜品、酒水及服务礼仪，具备基础团队管理与应急处理能力。
