【岗位职责】 1、负责工程部日常行政事务处理，包括文件收发、资料整理、档案管理等工作； 2、协助工程部经理安排会议、记录会议纪要，并跟进会议决议的执行情况； 3、管理工程部物资及设备台账，定期盘点并更新库存信息； 4、协调工程部与其他部门的沟通与协作，确保信息传递及时准确； 5、处理工程部相关报表的统计与汇总，确保数据真实有效； 6、协助工程部员工考勤记录、排班安排及加班统计； 7、完成上级领导交办的其他临时性工作任务。 【岗位要求】 1、具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够高效处理部门内外的对接工作； 2、熟练使用Office办公软件（Word、Excel、PPT等），具备基础的数据处理能力； 3、工作细致认真，责任心强，能够独立完成日常行政事务； 4、具备一定的文档管理及档案整理经验者优先； 5、能够适应快节奏的工作环境，具备较强的抗压能力； 6、对酒店行业有一定了解或相关工作经验者优先考虑。
