您将在资深团队的指导下，学习并实践从基础服务到安缦个性化宾客关怀的全套流程，深刻理解顶奢服务的真谛。 核心职责 宾客服务： 以真诚的微笑和专业的仪态迎接宾客，提供主动、周到、个性化的服务。 餐饮服务： 熟练掌握并执行标准服务流程，包括餐前准备、引领入座、介绍菜单、点单、传菜、酒水服务及餐间服务。 产品知识： 积极学习并掌握菜单上所有菜品、酒水及饮料的详细知识，能为宾客提供专业的推荐。 团队协作： 与厨房、管事部、前台等各部门紧密沟通，确保服务无缝衔接。 标准维护： 协助维护餐厅的整洁、卫生和布置，确保所有设施设备符合酒店的奢华标准。 处理请求： 及时响应宾客的特殊需求，并懂得在必要时向上级汇报，以确保宾客满意。 持续学习： 积极参加部门培训，并主动寻求反馈，不断提升自己的服务技能和专业素养。 候选人要求： 教育背景： 国内外酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业在校学生。 实习期限：至少实习4个月，每周4-5天，能够适应轮班制工作，包括周末和节假日。 个人特质： 对酒店行业充满热情，乐于与人沟通，享受为他人创造快乐，具有团队精神。 形象与仪态： 五官端正，仪态大方，具备符合奢华酒店标准的职业形象。 语言能力： 流利的普通话沟通能力。具备良好的英语口语沟通能力者优先。 实习生岗位，2026年初开始实习。免费提供食宿。

根据需求协助完成搬家俱、搬床等工作。 必要时协助其他客房服务员完成工作。 根据指示收送客人所需物品，同时整理及运送婴儿床、加床。 收集、运送客房及服务区域的垃圾和脏布草。 按需从洗衣房领取干净的布草并补充到相关楼层的工作间。 根据需求随时清洁工作区域的设施设备、地毯等 根据需求协助完成铺床裙、翻床垫、换窗帘、挂窗帘等工作。 清洁生态池、泳池等区域 要求： -  能从事体力劳动 -  乐于服务他人，有礼貌 -  普通话标准，能够简单英语打招呼

熟悉洗衣房的管理、运作，懂干、湿洗涤知识，熟悉各种衣物面料的质地、各种洗涤药水的性能，熟悉并能熟练操作洗衣房设备，会做洗衣房各项成本控制，能制作洗衣房工作程序，制度及培训； 维持客房布草和制服的质量； 处理客人急需的清洗服务。 至少五年洗衣房工作经验。
