1.遵守部门的出品要求及菜品标准，以及工作流程。 2.负责厨房部设备的正确使用，保证酒店设备的正常运作； 3.保证厨房设备的正常运作，力争提高餐品销售率； 4.根据营业状况，及时备齐原料，并适当提前切配，保证开餐的正常进行； 5.切配和烹制菜肴，并及时进行盘饰，保证出品符合规定质量要求； 6.妥善保藏各种原料及食品，定期检查、整理冰箱，保证存放食品的质量和整齐； 7.严格按有关规定维护、保养厨房设备及各种烹调设施，安全使用和妥当保管各种用具，出现故障及时报修； 8.严格执行食品安全标准，将发现的问题及时报告厨师长 9. 与餐饮部门其他岗位合作提高客人餐饮体验，与酒店其他部门协作保证厨房的高质量工作。

岗位职责 1.协助酒店高级管理层收集对客服务过程中所产生的问题信息。 2.宾客服务经理在前厅部经理的直接领导下，在当班期间负责酒店前台的正常运作。 3.负责前台入住、问询、退房等工作，处理宾客的问题和投诉。 4.要负责重要宾客的迎领工作。 5.进行酒店前台的安全和日常的设备检查工作。 6.解决当班期间发生的各类突发问题。 7.向其它班次协调交班记录上需要沟通的事项。 岗位要求 1.大专以上学历，有同岗位工作经验1年以上。 2.能用流利的英语从事前厅服务，形象气质佳，精通电脑操作。 3.仪表端庄，热爱酒店工作，钻研业务，反应敏捷，善于交际具有较好的管理和协调能力，能够很好的发挥其管理、领导和监督的作用。 4.注重细节，工作有责任心，敢于承担责任，执行力较强。 5.有上进心和良好的学习能力和抗压能力。
