【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店茶艺区域的日常运营管理，包括茶品展示、茶席布置及茶艺表演等服务工作 2、根据宾客需求提供专业茶艺服务，讲解茶文化知识并推荐适合的茶饮 3、定期维护保养茶具设备，确保茶艺区域环境整洁、器具完好 4、参与酒店特色茶饮的研发与创新，制定季节性茶单及特色茶艺活动方案 5、负责茶叶采购、库存管理及成本控制工作 6、培训指导新入职员工掌握基础茶艺服务技能 【岗位要求】 1、热爱中国传统文化，对茶叶品类、冲泡技法及茶道礼仪有深入了解 2、具备优秀的服务意识和沟通能力，能根据宾客需求提供个性化茶艺服务 3、有较强的学习能力和创新意识，能持续钻研茶艺专业知识 4、形象气质佳，普通话标准，具备基础的英语交流能力者优先 5、能适应弹性工作时间，包括周末及节假日值班 6、持有国家认证的茶艺师资格证书者优先考虑
