【岗位职责】 1、负责管事部员工的排班、培训、绩效考核及日常督导，确保团队高效运作，提升员工专业技能与服务意识。 2、制定并执行酒店后厨、餐厅等区域的清洁计划，监督餐具、厨具、设备的清洗消毒流程，确保符合食品安全与卫生标准。 3、负责餐具、清洁用品等物资的采购申请、库存盘点与损耗控制，优化成本，避免浪费；定期检查设备维护情况，协调维修事宜。 4、制定管事部工作标准与操作流程，定期复盘工作效率，提出优化方案；配合餐饮部、采购部等部门，保障日常运营衔接顺畅。 5、确保部门工作符合酒店规章制度、当地卫生防疫法规及消防安全要求，组织员工开展安全培训与应急演练。 【岗位要求】 1、有较强的责任心,工作认真踏实。 2、熟悉各种餐具用具的牌号、产地、特性及价格，懂得餐具用具的分类和保管方法。 3、熟悉各种洗涤剂和清洁剂的使用方法，熟悉常用的餐具洗涤设备及其操作方法，了解它们的维修保养方法。 4、具有高中以上的文化程度或同等学历。 5、身体健康，精力充沛。
