MAJOR FUNCTION : As a primary support to Director of Marketing in leading the salesactivities of the hotel, ensure that the sales target, both for individualtargets and team targets are met. 一、中餐凉菜工作内容： 1、根据菜单和客需，制作各类中式凉菜（如卤味、拌菜、腌菜、酱肉、拼盘等）。 2、负责原料的初步处理（清洗、切配、腌制、焯水等），确保食材符合卫生和口感要求。 3、掌握不同凉菜的调味比例和制作工艺。 任职要求： 1、熟悉中式凉菜制作工艺，掌握刀工、调味、摆盘技巧。 2、了解食品安全法规和厨房卫生标准。 3、有凉菜岗位或冷厨工作经验者优先。 二、中餐砧板工作职责： 1、根据菜品标准，完成各类食材的切割（如丝、丁、片、块等），确保规格统一、符合烹调要求。 2、肉类、水产、蔬菜的分档取料（如剔骨、去皮、分切等），合理利用边角料。 3、对部分食材进行初步腌制、上浆、焯水等预处理。 任职要求： 1、掌握刀工技术（如直刀、平刀、斜刀等），能快速准确切配不同食材。 2、了解常见食材特性（如肉类纹理、蔬菜脆嫩度）及预处理方法。 3、有砧板岗位经验者优先。

有电工上岗证，身体健康，年龄35-45岁之间，薪资范围2100-4000元； 工作职责： 1.负责电气设备的日常维护和保养，确保设备的有效运转； 2.安全隐患排查：负责对酒店电器设备的安全隐患进行自查、整改； 3.酒店内所有的用电设备的故障维修； 4.严格按规程工作，做好安全用电和节约用电，降低耗电量； 5.领班主管安排的其他工作。

1、职位描述： 负责酒店餐厅各个档口厨具、餐具清洁，厨房卫生清洁等清洁工作。 2、任职要求： 工作时间：9：30-21:30，每天下午有两个小时休息时间，工作一天休息一天，如遇宴会，需加班，有加班费。 工作要求：身体健康，干活干净利索；长期稳定，听从安排。
