岗位简述: 员工团队 • 管理日常事务，计划和分配工作，确保始终拥有人数适合的员工团队 • 通过辅导和提供反馈培养团队并提高绩效，为员工制定绩效和发展目标，表彰表现优异的员工 • 培训员工，确保他们按照标准实现酒店的营收目标，并拥有高效工作所需的工具 • 负责酒店的外联事务：宾客、供应商以及其他联系人（如有需要） • 与主要客户和外部联系人建立并保持良好的合作关系，实现创效增收 财务回报 • 达成所有个人/团队销售目标，实现利润，协助制定部门预算和财务计划，还包括酒店的营销计划• 制定并执行销售计划，推动客房入住率显著上升，提高平均房价，提升业务量，增加餐饮和宴会销售• 准备每月报表和销售预测，分析当前和潜在的营销趋势，规划各种活动以增加营收与市场份额，并监督员工工作绩效，确保业绩超出原先制定的营收计划• 审核每月报表和销售预测报告，分析当前和潜在的营销趋势，协调各种活动以增加营收与市场份额，并监督进展，确保业绩达到或优于既定营收计划• 制定、开发各种特别活动和销售活动，向潜在客户推广酒店业务。参加贸易展以及全国和本地大型营销活动，增加新业务机遇，为酒店提升营销机会 宾客体验  • 为宾客提供信息（例如：会员计划、本地特色、餐厅和便利设施等信息），提升宾客体验• 安排在酒店内举办的会议及业务团队活动，与其他酒店级别的部门协调，共同完成销售部门与潜在客户达成的协议中规定的各项服务• 与有关部门交流所有相关信息，包括即将抵达的贵宾、大型团体或其他重要宾客的要求和特殊需求• 主导各种营销活动，向宾客追加销售酒店服务、产品及设施 岗位要求: • 市场营销或相关领域学士学位/更高学历，或同等学历 • 4年或以上酒店业或酒店销售与市场营销领域工作经验，同时具备领导销售团队的直接管理经验 • 必须熟知本地业务及业务趋势 • 必须熟练掌握当地语言 • 同时精通其他语言者优先
