岗位职责 1.掌握当日客情及餐饮活动。 2.参与各项前台的工作，发现并上报工作中出现的问题。 3.掌握当天到店及离店的重要宾客，回头宾客。 4.在VIP宾客到店之前准备好登记表、钥匙卡等以确保入住手续方便、快捷。 5.与住店宾客保持良好沟通以了解宾客之喜恶（喜好），协助宾客解决疑难事宜。 6.做好每日对住店宾客的电话拜访工作，搜集宾客意见并及时采取跟进措施与向上级反映。 7.在前台及大堂与行政楼层接待及迎送住离店的宾客。 8.协助入住行政楼层之宾客办理登记入住及离店手续。 岗位要求 1.大专以上学历，有同岗位工作经验1年以上，有良好英文沟通能力。 2.具有良好的服务意识，团队协作精神以及良好的沟通、协调和应变能力。 3.注重细节，工作有责任心，敢于承担责任，执行力较强。 4.有上进心和良好的学习能力和抗压能力。

1.协助实施能源节约方案,观察能源消耗并记录督导当值人员实施能源节约方案,确保正常资源消耗。 2. 控制部门维修、保养材料消耗。 3.及时向工程总监沟通任何遇到的问题，积极寻求解决方案。 4.监督部门关键性岗位检查所有设备设施的运行情况。 5.负责调度设备的运行和维护，及时采取合理措施。 6.巡视酒店各区域的设备、装饰、照明以及工程相关设施的运行情况。 7.紧急情况发生时按照预案迅速采取应急解决方法。 8.按时汇报运行中的疑难情况,为部门总监决策提供信息。 9.对影响较大的工作进行现场指挥,酒店内部改造工程现场监督。 10.确保与其他值班工程师正确交班时间和内容。 11.由上级指派，参加各种相关会议。

1. 负责空调班组维修材料的补充、和提前申报工作； 2. 控督导并检查员工在工作中对节约能源及材料的认识，以降低维修费用； 3.巡视各系统设备及时发现问题及设备隐患，汇报值班工程师并监督维修保养； 4.组织督促员工做好设备的日常维护保养工作,保持设备完好； 5.根据维修项目的实际情况或值班工程师的维修指令，分轻重缓急安排维修工作； 6.负责协助值班工程师制定月工作计划，并督促实施； 7.协助值班工程师确保所管辖的系统及附属设备的环节能高效运行和保证设备处于优良的状态中； 8.协助值班工程师搞 好本系统的日常行政运作，设备运行，工程工作单，设备维修保养单的工作按时、按质、 按量完成，督导员工的工作表现。
