岗位职责 1.负责餐厅的服务管理，规范服务员标准，为客人提供高标准的优质服务； 2.严格管理本餐厅的设备、物资、用具等，做到帐物相符，保持规定的完好率； 3.负责本部门服务规范和工作流程的贯彻实施； 4.妥善处理客人投诉，搞好对客关系； 5.检查餐厅营业区域，督导人员工做好餐前准备； 岗位要求 1.必须具备2年以上相关工作经验； 2.有熟练的服务技能技巧和一定的应变能力，能妥善处理服务中出现的一般性问题； 3.掌握餐厅服务规程，了解餐厅各种菜肴的基本特点和简单的烹制方法； 4.工作主动、热情、认真，责任心较强； 5.身体健康，仪表端庄。

【岗位职责】 1、酒店各部门员工的考勤管理工作； 2、对普通员工的工资调整和审核； 3、办理员工社保、公积金等相关工作； 4、协助对员工奖惩的审核； 5、协助酒店监控人力成本，为上层决策提供数据支持； 6、监督、检查人事档案, 以及劳动合同的管理工作。 【岗位要求】 1、本科及以上学历； 2、熟悉劳动法、工资福利等政策； 3、对数字高度敏感，熟练使用Excel函数（如VLOOKUP，数据透视表）； 4、薪酬福利岗位工作经验。
