At Kerry Hotel Pudong, you soon realize there are no rules, only possibilities. We are currently looking for a Service Associate – The Brewery to join our Food & Beverage team. Summary The service associate is responsible for the overall production processing for the manufacturing of all the home made beers and ciders in The BREW. Under the supervision of the Service Leader, the service associate controls the production processing to maintain the highest standard of product. He or she also ensures that stock levels of beer and supplies are adequate and follows all cleaning procedures strictly. Additional duties include laboratory analysis, production preparation, chemical handling, and following the instructions of the outlet manager. As a position with a lot of immediate contact with the beer, it is vital that the service associate fully understands and practices the process paramaters set by the brew master. Summary Based on the objectives, performance and quality standards established by Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts and Kerry Hotel Pudong Shanghai: Provide secretarial services and maintains a conducive environment in the Business Centre & Office Centre for guests to conduct business. Provides personalized guest services such as check-ins and check outs, secretarial and concierge services, mail and information, airline reservations/confirmations and food and beverage. To accord personalized and prompt service to all Golden Circle and VIP guests from arrival to departure, to provide all hotel guests and patrons, courteous, tactful and efficient services. Assist guests to ensure that they receive utmost care during their stay. Coordinates with all concerned departments to fulfill guest needs.
