岗位职责 1.掌握公寓楼层的住客状况，提供对客服务。 2.负责公寓楼层客房的整体清洁。 3.负责杯具的清洁与消毒工作。 4.负责脏布草的收集、更换与新布草的折叠、摆放工作。 岗位要求 1.高中以上学历。 2.有1年以上客房工作经验。 3.身体健康，相貌端正。 4.接受过正规客房服务工作培训优先。
