岗位职责：  1、执行集团大客户团队开拓全国客源，提升全国主要客源地各相关细分市场覆盖率，包括：商务散客、会议团队，完成集团制定的年度业绩赋能任务指标； 2、负责与集团客户建立长期稳定的合作关系，定期与客户沟通，了解客户需求和意见，及时解决客户问题，提升客户满意度，并定期走访进行面对面沟通，推荐成员酒店产品； 3、积极参加行业展会，企业公司地推等活动，拓展增量客户并挖掘生意线索及合作机会，同时了解市场动态、收集客户消费行为，为部门提供市场需求信息； 4、协助集团销售总监执行重点市场重点客户的答谢活动，提升重点存量客户的合作黏性并稳定复购率； 5、积极拓展新的集团客户资源，通过市场调研、客户推荐、酒店提需等方式，寻找潜在客户，开展销售拓展工作，提高酒店集团的市场份额，根据客户的需求，制定并提供详细的报价方案和合同条款，与客户进行合作谈判，达成合作意向并签订合同； 6、负责集团大客户合同的管理，包括合同的起草、审核、签订、归档和跟踪执行，确保合同条款的有效执行，及时处理合同变更和续签事宜； 7、与成员酒店销售部的日常沟通，协同各成员酒店完成日常RFP信息采集、FIT&MICE报价、推荐生意跟进、解决成员酒店及客户双向提需及反馈意见等，保持密切沟通、配合、协调； 8、进行日常销售数据收集与整理，并汇总成表格便于分析，定期从多个维度复盘分析客户业务量，以便于销售策略的及时调整。 任职要求：  1、大专及以上学历，市场营销或相关酒店管理专业；  2、三年以上酒店销售经理从业经历，具备集团大客户销售经验者优先录用；  3、具备敏锐的市场洞察力，具有较强的市场分析、营推广能力，善于商务谈判；  4、良好的团队合作精神和沟通、协调、应变能力；  5、具有较强的适应性及抗压能力。
