岗位职责 1、考勤管理：核对厨房员工到岗、离岗、加班及调休情况，准确录入考勤系统，每月汇总考勤数据，协助处理考勤异常（如迟到、旷工）并上报主管。 2、行政辅助：协助起草厨房日常通知、采购申请、工作总结等文件，整理并归档菜谱、食材采购记录、设备维修单据等资料。 3、沟通协调：对接餐饮部、采购部等，同步食材需求、备货情况及厨房相关安排，传达上级指令并反馈员工诉求。 4、事务支持：协助统计厨房食材消耗、库存盘点数据，整理会议记录并跟进任务落实，负责厨房办公物资申领与管理，完成上级交办的其他临时行政工作。 岗位要求 1、本科及以上学历，酒店管理、工商管理、文秘等相关专业优先，。 2、需熟练使用Word、Excel、PowerPoint等办公软件。 3、有一定的写作能力和应变处理问题的能力。
