一、主要职责     回顾和分析酒店业绩表现并向总经理和管理层提出建议。审查月终和长期预算与预测方面的工作，通过设定基准和业务样板使酒店获得的利润，并确保妥善的管理方法和财会规范按公司的规章制度执行，从而保障业主的资产与回报；     二 、本职工作 1、在销售战略计划，预算及个人发展目标的制定和实施上提供协助和财务指导； 2、通过控制库存、信贷及应收款回笼、支出、存款和付款确保实时流动资金规划并使酒店流动资金最大化； 3、为即将到来的月份做准备，并为一年中其他的剩余月份作财务预测； 4、每月准备财务报表，将实际发生额与预算进行比较，并将比较分析结果交与行政委员会，以衡量是否符合预算要求； 5、编制季度财务评估，交与总经理； 6、为营运部门提供分析和预测信息作为实时的管理工具； 7、执行并回顾现行财务控制及政策制度； 8、负责处理内部及外部的审计工作； 9、为政策执行、经营建议及业务协助提供行政支持； 10、为财务部及运作员工如何与其他部门沟通协调方面的培训，确认培训需求，并提供正式的培训计划及开展培训； 11、建立有效的保管机制，包括合适的存档及查阅、审阅所有合同，租赁及其他财务记录的管理措施； 12、跟进所有资本性支出，确保支出是按最初的规定及批准执行的； 13、确保每月核对各科目的账户余额。复核并批准那些核对明细表； 三、五年以上国际连锁五星级酒店相关工作经验，具有本岗位工作经验者优先考虑；大专以上学历，财经类专业；或持有高级会计师或注册会计师资格证。

【岗位职责】 1、保持明档操作区域的卫生整洁，严格执行食品安全规范 2、合理控制食材成本，避免浪费 3、配合厨房团队完成其他相关工作 【岗位要求】 1、具备基本的烹饪技能，熟悉常见菜品的制作方法； 2、退休返聘人员； 3、每日6:00-11:00。

一、任职要求 1. 年龄18-55岁； 2. 高中学历以上； 3. 有1年以上相关的洗衣房工作经验。 二、工作职责与内容 1. 在主管的领导下负责客衣，工服及其它客房，餐饮，棉织品的洗涤工作； 2. 每日做好班前准备工作，按工作程序，进行开启、操作、关闭设备； 3. 按工作程序及标准做好客衣、工服和棉织品的洗涤和烘干工作； 4. 严格按洗涤标准定时，质量，加放洗涤原料，确保洗涤物品的质量； 5. 掌握水洗机，烘干机的性能、使用和保养方法，定期做好设备的维护和每日清洁工作； 6. 工作期间应随时查看机器的运转情况，发出故障时报修，机器运转时不得离岗； 7. 对于出现的洗涤质量问题，应及时向主管汇报，并分析原因，采取适当补救措施。

一、任职要求 1. 年龄20-35岁； 2. 高中及以上文凭； 3. 有同岗位1年以上工作经验； 4. 熟悉酒店前厅操作，具有较强的工作责任感和敬业精神； 5. 有效完成每日工作计划。 二、工作职责与内容 1. 协助经理制定服务标准和工作程序，并确保这些服务程序和标准的实施； 2. 根据客情，负责本部门员工的工作安排和配调，作好交接班的工作，编排员工班次和休息日，负责对员工的考勤工作； 3. 在营业期间，负责对整个前台区域的督促、巡查以及对客沟通工作； 4. 负责实施前厅员工的业务培训计划，负责下属员工的考核和评估工作； 5. 妥善处理对客服务中发生的各类问题和客人的投诉，主动征求客人意见，及时向经理反馈相关信息； 6. 检查结账流程，指导员工正确为客人结账； 7. 督促前台员工正确使用前厅的各项设施设备和用品，做好清洁卫生保养工作，及时报送设备维修单，控制器具耗损，并及时补充所缺物品； 8. 督促员工遵守酒店各项规章制度及安全条例，确保酒店环境清洁、美观舒适； 9. 通过邮件、电话、传真等方式或中央预订系统处理订房业务； 10. 负责处理从销售部、旅行社、公司等途径获得的订房信息； 11. 了解客房的布局、类型和位置； 12. 了解报价产品的销售情况、价格和优惠内容； 13. 了解酒店近期推出的各项活动内容； 14. 合理安排酒店可出租房，接受宾客来自不同渠道的预订，必要时在前厅经理的安排下做好客房的超额预订； 15. 做好宾客快速入住的相关准备工作； 16. 核查是否有重复预订，受理预订取消、预订变更等事宜，将信息及时输入电脑； 17. 核查预订报告及候补预订； 18. 完成经理交办的其他工作。

一、任职要求 1. 年龄20-35岁； 2. 负责主要客源市场的开发和维护，并且拥有一定客户资源； 3. 仔细计划与客户的会面，对预定的客户实施客户管理管理，完成销售目标； 4. 积极地传播产品信息，在负责的市场内营造酒店的知名度； 5. 根据酒店及市场情况，及时调整、制定相应的销售策略； 6. 在所负责的市场区域内，监视和报告市场及竞争者情况。 二、工作职责与内容 1. 对酒店内各项接待、会场布置、场景气氛做好拍摄记录服务跟进工作； 2. 向销售部负责人提交销售拜访概况报告，提交销售拜访计划； 3. 反馈信息，保持联系及加强相关合作单位间合作。

酒店安保班子负责人，要求：1、有保安领班工作经验，优秀的保安员或退伍军人优先考虑；2、身高173以上，形象端正；3、服务意识和工作责任心强。

【岗位职责】 1、负责蒸制各种色点、花卷、饺类、糕品及各种半制成品，能够制作各种水果、花饼及薄饼，同时需兼备切配能力。 2、早茶市供应的蒸制品种、糯米糕的包制，按要求、比例配制食品，控制食品成本。 3、及时向点心部大厨汇报本部的食品储存量，协助点心部大厨制订食品采购计划。 4、严格执行食品卫生法规，把好食品卫生质量关，搞好本区域的卫生，要求工具清洁，摆放整齐。 5、当日所剩点心制品按要求放入冰箱或指定地点，切勿生熟不分。

1. 查看交班记录，了解上一班的移交事项，并负责处理； 2. 熟练总台各项专业业务和技能，做好对客服务； 3. 熟练掌握店内信息，提供准确的问讯服务； 4. 负责为下榻酒店的宾客办理入住登记手续； 5. 制作有关报表，为其它部门提供准确的接待信息。
