轮班大副或专职夜班（另有夜班津贴） 岗位职责 1.协助酒店高级管理层负责及整个饭店的运作收集对客服务过程中所产生的问题信息。 2.大堂副理在前厅部经理的直接领导下，在当班期间负责整个酒店的正常运作。 3.要负责处理宾客的问题和投诉。 4.要负责重要宾客的迎领工作。 5.进行整个酒店的安全和日常的设备检查工作。 6.解决当班期间发生的安全问题。 7.向其它班次协调交班记录上需要沟通的事项。 岗位要求 1.大专以上学历，有同岗位工作经验1年以上。 2.形象气质佳，精通电脑操作，具备较强的英文听说读写能力。 3.仪表端庄，热爱酒店工作，钻研业务，反应敏捷，善于交际具有较好的管理和协调能力，能够好的发挥其管理、领导和监督的作用。 4.注重细节，工作有责任心，敢于承担责任，执行力较强。 5.有上进心和良好的学习能力和抗压能力。

【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店各类会议、宴会及活动的现场服务工作，包括场地布置、设备调试、茶水服务等； 2、协助客户完成会场需求，及时响应并解决会议过程中的各类服务问题； 3、按照标准流程完成会前准备、会中服务及会后整理工作，确保会场环境整洁、设备完好； 4、与其他部门协调配合，保障会议活动顺利进行； 5、遵守酒店服务规范，维护酒店形象，提供优质服务体验。 【岗位要求】 1、年龄25-58岁，身体健康，能适应站立服务及适度体力劳动； 2、具备良好的服务意识和沟通能力，态度热情、耐心细致； 3、有团队协作精神，能适应弹性工作时间（含周末及节假日）； 4、无工作经验要求，有酒店或会场服务经验者优先； 5、能接受基础服务技能培训并快速上岗。

1.严格遵守酒店各项流程规范和财务制度，为客人办理预定、入住登记、离店结账及问询等服务并做好记录； 2.查看当日预离房间，与尚未离店客人确认离店时间，并做好相应跟进工作； 3.与当日预抵客人确认抵店时间，减少预定未到而造成的损失； 4.做好夜审信息记录，异常情况及时向上级汇报； 5.维护所在工作区域的整洁有序，做好班次交接，跟进遗留事宜； 6.掌握当日散客及团队的预定情况，做好VIP客人接待，并按照酒店规定为客人办理物品托管手续； 7.完成上级指派的其它工作。
