一、岗位职责  1. 统筹管理与战略规划 全面统筹酒店后勤保障体系，主导工程运维与安全保障两大核心板块，领导工程组、安防组开展工作；制定后勤保障（工程、安保）发展战略、年度计划及部门预算，为酒店战略运营提供后台支撑。 2. 成本控制与能源管理 审核重大工程项目、设备采购及安防投入方案；掌控能耗与维修费用，引入智能化节能技术，管控水、电、气消耗；优化供应商管理与采购流程，资源高效配置。 3. 设施设备全周期管控 牵头设施设备全生命周期管理，组织执行预防性维护、应急维修及重大改造；保障锅炉、电梯、监控等核心设备技术状态完好，监督能源管理方案落地，确保设备安全经济运行。 4. 安全体系与应急处置 建立健全酒店安全规章制度与组织架构，落实各部门安全责任制；统筹治安、消防及安全生产管理，组织常态化应急演练（火险、治安事件等）；作为应急指挥核心，处置突发事件，保障宾客、员工及酒店财产安全。 5. 团队建设与合规协作 负责工程、安保主管的选拔、培养与绩效考核，设定团队KPI；确保运营符合安全、环保等法规要求，对接消防、公安等政府部门；协调内部各中心工作，维护外部合作关系。 6. 其他任务 完成酒店领导交办的临时性工作。 二、任职条件  1. 基本要求 年龄35-45岁，男性优先。 2. 学历与证书 大专及以上学历，机电工程、自动化、安全管理等相关专业；持有工程师或安全工程师资格证书者优先。 3. 工作经验 3年及以上酒店后勤保障中心经理同岗位经验（5-8年经验者优先），熟悉酒店运营流程。 4. 专业知识 掌握机电工程设计、设备运维（暖通、空调、给排水等）及消防专业知识；精通能源管理、安全法规与预算管理。 5. 核心能力 熟练操作办公软件，具备行文能力；拥有战略规划、团队领导及跨部门协调能力；擅长突发事件处置与外部关系统筹。 6. 个性特质 责任心强、安全与成本意识高，全局观念突出，抗压能力强，正直稳重且具备服务意识。

岗位职责 1.协助酒店高级管理层负责及整个饭店的运作收集对客服务过程中所产生的问题信息。 2.大堂副理在前厅部经理的直接领导下，在当班期间负责整个酒店的正常运作。 3.要负责处理宾客的问题和投诉。 4.要负责重要宾客的迎领工作。 5.进行整个酒店的安全和日常的设备检查工作。 6.解决当班期间发生的安全问题。 7.向其它班次协调交班记录上需要沟通的事项。 岗位要求 1.中专以上学历，有同岗位工作经验2年以上优先。 2.能用流利的英语从事前厅服务形象气质佳，精通电脑操作，具备较强的英文听说读写能力。 3.仪表端庄，热爱酒店工作，钻研业务，反应敏捷，善于交际具有较好的管理和协调能力，能够很好的发挥其管理、领导和监督的作用。 4.注重细节，工作有责任心，敢于承担责任，执行力较强。 5.有上进心和良好的学习能力和抗压能力。

协助厨师长研制和开发新菜品，加强时令菜品的制作，带领并督导员工按标准菜谱烹制菜品；检查和监督本岗位各种设备的安全使用和保养；负责分配本班组员工的工作，并对其进行检查；负责检查本班组员工的出勤，合理安排轮休；完成厨师长交派的其他工作。

对餐饮部总监、餐饮部经理负责，负责西餐厅整体策划、经营和管理，努力完成营业指标，保证西餐厅及送餐部、大堂吧、茶室的服务质量，与客人建立良好的关系，不断发展客源。

1、协助中餐厅经理，按时、按质、按量完成上级分配的各项工作任务。 2、负责餐厅各岗位员工的日常管理，包括仪容仪表、岗位纪律、日常考勤、培训、绩效评估等。 3、负责餐厅区域的清洁卫生及餐具保洁工作，合理制定周期卫生计划。 4、协助中餐厅经理组织、召开每日班前会及月度员工例会，根据营业情况合理调动人员，分配工作。 5、加强营业期间的工作督导，坚持在一线指挥，及时发现并纠正服务过程中的问题，不断改善服务质量，妥善处理个客人的意见或建议，并做好客史档案的建立、更新。 6、协助中餐厅经理做好营业工作，不断提升各项产品的营业收入；同时做好各类物资的申购、领用及盘点工作，合理控制费用及成本。 7、协助中餐经理/宴会经理做好餐厅与工程部、采购部、厨房等各部门的工作联系与协调。 8、做好工作计划，工作总结和工作汇报，定期上报给部门经理。 9、根据责任分工，负责所在区域的安全管理工作。 10、负责分管物资财产的管理，减少费用开支和物品损耗。

1、按照中厨副厨师长下达的工作指令，组织员工认真完成各式点心和主食制作任务。 2、组织面点师按标准食谱进行制作，确保成品的数量和质量。 3、负责工作区域的卫生及安全工作，检查和督促员工搞好冰箱、食品橱柜、展柜等卫生工作。 4、负责面点新品种的开发及研制。 5、负责面点厨房内设备的使用和保养。 6、负责对本班组员工进行考核、培训。 7、控制好加工成本，剩余的原料要妥善保存，避免浪费。 8、熟悉食品安全体系，做好岗位食品安全管理工作，保证客人食品绝对安全。 9、掌握消防安全常识及操作，保障岗位消防安全。 10、自觉遵守酒店廉洁从业规定，并加强员工廉洁从业培训及履行监督职责。

1、全面掌握酒店菜系的制作要求，负责对各原材料的细加工及配制、腌制、码味等，合理使用边角料，避免浪费。 2、了解其它菜系的风格特点，绝对领会每周、月、日等新推菜系的配置细节。 3、根据本地方及酒店风格，提出创新菜式的配置及烹饪。 4、合理控制原料利用，杜绝浪费，严格保存原材料，防止变质，交叉污染。 5、领取当日厨房所需原材料，进行餐前预备工作。 6、做好样品菜的放置更换工作，接单后，按“先到单、先配制、不漏配、不错配、勤检查”等原则，尽量满足宾客提出的特殊要求。 7、搞好本组与别组及前厅的协调，注重信息传达能力，做到快速，严谨，优质的配制风格，正确使用切配方法，务必物尽其用。 8、开餐完毕后，做好各类收尾工作，如清理、清洗、保鲜、换水等原材料的保管及部门区域的卫生清洁，关闭各类能源供应。 9、对不同菜式的配制，如有疑问，应及时联系厨师长，以便确定配制的要求。 10、加强自身卫生管理意识，保障食品操作安全，做好食品安全工作。 11、掌握消防安全常识及操作，保障岗位消防安全。
