Responsible for providing accurate informationconcerning hotel facilities, venues and functions and handling guest inquiries.Supervises the issue of keys, mail, messages, telegrams and parcels to theguests. 负责提供有关酒店设施，会议场所的准确信息，处理客人质询。监督客人钥匙、邮件、信息、电报、包裹的发送。 The primary responsibility is to coordinate and oversee the daily activities of the bell staff,specifically with regards to assisting the guests with their arrival anddeparture experience; making necessary deliveries to and pick- ups from guestrooms, transporting hotel packages, faxes, envelopes and parcels. Responsiblefor extending guidance and training to bell persons, to ensure a superior guestexperience and adherence to the brand service standards. 主要职责是协调和监督礼宾员工的日常活动,特别是关于协助客人抵店和离店的经历；必要时帮助客人拿行李到房间或者帮助客人取出行李。运输酒店包裹、传真、信封。负责指导和培训延伸到礼宾部员工,以确保卓越的客户体验和坚持宝格丽酒店品牌服务标准。
