    招聘综合维修方向工程师 PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责 • Operation repair & maintenance. 操作、维修和保养。 • General duties. 一般职责。 This position is directly responsible for the following 该职直接负责以下内容: • Ensures that the maintenance of Audio Visual system of the hotel are carried out in accordance with the standard engineering practice. 根据工程操作标准对酒店的视听系统进行维护和保养。 • Ensures that all work orders for his trade is carried out quickly, accurately, skillfully, economically, efficiently and completely. 确保与其工种有关的工作单进行迅速、精确、精心、经济和有效率地工作。 • Ensure good housekeeping and orderliness of all working area. 保持工作区域整齐和干净。 • Assists the follow workers in carrying out repair work on equipment needed. 帮助其他员工一起进行设备维修。 • Records all services and maintenance work done on all Audio Visual equipment in his logbook and equipment record card. 对所有视听系统进行的维护保养工作需记录在工作日志和设备档案卡上。 • Checks the daily event and liaise with Banquet Department to set up all the necessary Audio Visual system for the event. 检查每天的宴会活动并联系宴会部,为宴会设置所需的视听系统。 • Immediately notifies the Duty Engineer of any unusual occurrences or observation with respect to Audio Visual equipment and or personnel. 在视听音响设备出现异常情况时,立即汇报值班工程师。 • When in doubt, consults the Supervisor, Duty Engineer, Assistant Chief Engineer or the Director of Engineering. 当遇到问题时,可请教主管、值班工程师、副总工程师和工程总监。 • Renders overtime or changes times schedule as the situation may require without any delay. 当工作需要时,要加班或换班。 • Makes sure that all standard procedures of maintenance is adhered to. 依照标准维护保养程序进行维护。 • Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the Engineering Management. 执行工程部管理层指派的其它任务。 • Care of equipment 爱护设备 -Oversees maintenance and handling of equipment used. 检查设备维护情况和使用情况。 -Ensures timely reporting of malfunction or maintenance deficiencies to appropriate area. 及时报告设备故障和维修缺陷问题。 • Training and employees activities 培训和员工活动。 -Attends scheduled trainings 参加计划好的培训。 -Participates actively in company-initiated employee activities 积极参加酒店组织的员工活动。 • Grooming and hygiene. Adheres to the specified hygiene and personal appearance standards of the hotel. 仪容仪表和卫生。遵照酒店的制定的卫生和个人仪容仪表的标准。 • Attendance. Adheres to the set procedures for attendance and timekeeping. 出勤。遵照既定的程序,准时出勤。 • Company policies and procedure. Adheres to the provisions outlined in the Employee’s Handbook, Disciplinary Code and Rules and Regulations. 公司政策及程序。遵循员工手册和规章制度列出的要求。 REQUIREMENTS 职位要求 Education 教育学历 • High School Certificate with emphasis in Technical Training. 着重于技术培训的高中毕业证书。 • Have and maintain special type of work certificate. 特殊工种持国家规定的相关执照。 Language Skills 语言技巧 • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules (i.e., Lockout Tagout, JSAs), Safety Awareness information (such as MSDS) operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports, keep logs, and correspondence.
