【岗位职责】 1、协助培训经理组织酒店各项培训课程调研及培训课程的开展； 2、与酒店各部门保持沟通，收集部门培训情况并进行监督及跟进； 3、根据集团要求提交各类培训相关报表； 4、负责酒店各类员工活动的组织及开展； 5、完成培训经理交办的其他任务。 【岗位要求】 1、电脑操作熟练，有良好的英语基础； 2、大专及以上学历，优先考虑毕业实习生； 3、有良好的沟通及表达能力，性格开朗； 4、热爱服务行业，具有良好的顾客服务意识、亲和力、沟通技巧和团队合作精神。
